OMG don’t go there. Cold fries, cold chicken burger and a can of Pepsi because their machine doesn’t work. Normally a 20 oz drink with a combo became a 12oz can with no apologies.

This location has gone downhill lately. The last 3 times I have ordered, there is a bigger-set guy who is constantly swearing, yelling and is very rude while taking your order. I understand everyone has a bad day but don't need to take it out on customers nor having customers hear your swear and yell. Food is not ready and each time, told I have to wait 5-10 minutes for food for a 2-3 pc meal.

Ordered thru Skip on Halloween day. Received the meal and we were very disappointed. The chicken was drenched in oil that the chicken was coming appart. The fries had way too much spice on them that we needed to scrub them to take some off. But the gravy was good. The popcorn chicken was good. We did complaint to skip and they only reimburse 26.68 out of an order of 94$. My kids couldn't eat most of it and we had to throw out the chicken. What a waste of money.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We waited for more than 20 mins just for a sandwich and it was not even busy. The guy at the back near the serving window did not have his gloves on. He kept laughing loudly and saying haha its not ready yet when the guy at the front asked him about the order. Please don’t waste your time at this location and go somewhere else.

I would say that their quality is rather unstable. Sometimes it is okay but most times it’s disappointing. Better go to Popeyes for better experience.
The worst, i was there in the store having a phone call waiting in the line only me was waiting… a rude person on the counter pointed to me to leave talk outside. I apologized and left without even buying a food. THE WORST PLACE SMELLS EVEN
