This place is takeout only, and I highly recommend ordering online and picking up. During peak hours, it gets quite busy, which can lead to longer wait times. Additionally, there's limited space to sit and wait, so it's best to order ahead and grab your food when it's ready.

Great service at KFC Merivale! The food was hot, fresh, and packed well for take-out. Staff were polite and quick, even during busy hours. My order was accurate, and everything tasted delicious. This location is reliable whenever I’m craving KFC!

One of the smallest but friendliest KFC in Ottawa. I really like visiting my friends there when I'm hungry. They are always pointing out deals and staff are good to their delivery people. I do Uber bike, and they offered me a drink once. I never forget them.
