this is my second time at this location and both times have been terrible so now I am leaving a review and I will not be back again. This time I ordered the pickled burger from the Bells Corners KFC, the chicken wasnât even warm, the burger was incredibly dry, I asked for the pickle chips and they gave me âloaded pickle fries instead. There was nothing âloadedâ about them, just a small drizzle of pickle flavour covering a few fries on the very top and a few pickle crumbs. $17.00 was not worth it for the poor food quality. I couldnât even finish the fries they were stale. Donât come to this location it will ruin your experience with KFC and also waste your money. Iâll go to Mary Brownâs or Chick-Fil-A, their food is consistently hot and consistently good. Now I understand why this location is never busyâŠ.this Bells Corners location will not be open long selling food like this, nobody is going to pay for dry stale cold food at nearly $20 a visit. just an FYI

This was a great disappointment. This was for take out and we waited 5 mins before they took our order with only 3 people in the place. It took another 20 mins to get our food. Food was mixed up and tasted like it was a day old. Kentucky you better wake up because you just lost a valid customer.
