Omg, 😯 we ordered the festive meal.. to feed our family.. the large fry was not enough it was only half filled.. we had to buy everything.. when you say festive meal it should include everything and at least feed 4 people... Super disappointed 😞☹️
Times are tough for everyone and we received half the food for over 60$.. this is sooooo Wrong!!

Ordered with no one else inside or in the drive through, in the middle of the day, and was told it’ll take 20 minutes to make my order of two chicken burgers. Was watching the staff stand and not do anything. Food was subpar. Will not be coming again, absolutely ridiculous.

Subject: Urgent Hygiene and Food Safety Concern – Bells Corners Location

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing as a deeply concerned mother regarding an incident I witnessed at your Bells Corners location that has caused me significant alarm about food safety and hygiene standards.

While food was actively being prepared, I observed an employee picking their nose and then continuing to handle food without washing their hands or changing gloves. This behavior is extremely unsanitary and completely unacceptable in any food service environment, especially one that serves families and children.

As a parent, I rely on restaurants to follow strict health and safety protocols. Witnessing such conduct raises serious concerns about employee training, supervision, and overall compliance with public health regulations. Actions like this put customers at risk and undermine trust in your establishment.

I strongly urge management to investigate this incident, reinforce proper hygiene practices with all staff, and ensure that food safety standards are being strictly enforced at all times.

I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important for management to be aware of an ongoing issue. I have visited this location twice in the drive-through at night, a few months apart, and both times I had an extremely disappointing experience with the same staff member who works the evening/night shift.

During my first visit, he was unexpectedly rude and snapped at us for no reason. I assumed he might have been having a rough day, so we decided to give the place another chance weeks later.

Unfortunately, the second visit was just as bad. When my boyfriend politely said he needed a moment to decide what to order, the employee responded, “Then come inside, don’t stand here,” in a rude and dismissive tone. It was unprofessional, demeaning, and completely unnecessary.

For clarity: it was the same male employee working the evening/night shift on both occasions.

What makes this even more frustrating is seeing how many other reviews describe the exact same behavior from (likely) the same person. Clearly this isn’t an isolated issue. At this point it honestly feels like management is ignoring repeated customer complaints, which is extremely disappointing for such a well-known brand.

I would much rather drive five minutes to the Hazeldean location than deal with this kind of treatment again. If customer service continues like this, it’s hard to understand how this location expects customers to return.

I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously, because many customers are noticing the same pattern

Went to this location with a gift card with 12$ balance (checked it just before going to the location) after using it before at another location. They told me the gift cards dont work and I should pay another way. I asked them to swipe it they entered the pin number. I have since tried to use it and the card is now not authenticating and says declined.

I came to order, the service was so rude. They purposely didn't add something on my sandwich because they didn't want to actually make it. I went back and told them it was missing. They made me wait almost ten minutes to bring the item out cold and nearly frozen. This location has constantly been horrible. Do not recommend.

I love pumping up restaurants and places in general. This place is the absolute worst. I regularly have missing items from delivery so I place an order for pick up and show up to wait 40 MINUTES for an order. If you can avoid ordering here, do it.

Great experience! The food was fresh and tasty, the service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Definitely one of the better KFC locations I’ve visited. I’ll be coming back for sure
