As I went through drive thru around 6:20PM today, I received awful customer service. I was not aware of something on the menu and the crew member was not helpful and was instead impolite. On top of that, I was told my food would be 5 minutes but instead it took more than 20 minutes. I was supposed to receive it to my car but instead, I had to get out, remind them and get the food myself.

No green slaw anymore! Threw out the horrible stuff they call slaw. Everyone did not like it. The chicken is a close resemblance to the old ‘real’ KFC. The Colonel would be ashamed to serve what was in the bucket. The fries? Calories should taste better. Good luck KFC. You will need it!

Absolutely terrible place.
Horrific service (they will let you stand at the counter to order and ignore you indefinitely). I have tried this location three times and TWICE they have refused to even take our order, once saying they couldn't make any chicken for at least an hour... you are a chicken restaurant wth!!! I can't imagine there is a worse place to go in Ottawa.
Avoid at all costs.

I recently went to this kfc for there popcorn chicken fill up meal. I had an issues with size offered unfortunately head office was very difficult to deal with. I returned again to give them another try. I was met with kindness and a solution. It was a great felling as they are the best is the city. It is clear the management and employees take things seriously. Great experience.

Ordered buy one get one free bucket for totally 20 pieces tenders, they put two buckets in one bucket and we found only 15 pieces inside and they are chickens instead of tenders. Double mistakes!
