I had a disappointing experience due to the poor customer service. The new waitress was rude. When I asked her to properly add the blue sugar to my daughter's vanilla ice cream, she responded with unpleasant facial expressions. Then, she charged me $3 for it instead of the usual $1.50. When I told her that I normally pay $1.50 for the sugar, she raised her voice and insisted that she had added double the amount, which was not true. Because of this waitress, I will not return. Very disappointed.

I ordered the perfect match that came with soft serve ice cream and 6 fluffy dough balls.
I was unimpressed because the dough balls were cold in the centre, even though it was briefly heated up.
The vanilla soft serve ice cream was ok. I could not taste any vanilla and the chocolate fudge they poured on top did not add any value.
Aside from the food, the establishment looks unkept and the workers are a bit disorganized.
Overall, the experience was disappointing. ☹️

I wasn't going to take pictures and write a review of La Crémière in the Bayshore Shopping Centre, but we received such an excellent service today that I thought it's worth the 5 stars and a commendation.

We drove down to get 6 frozen yogurts. The guy told us the frozen yogurt machine is closed because he already washed it…. It was 8:40 pm when we arrived and they close at 9:00pm. He said the frozen yogurt machine closes at 8:30pm but there no indication of that any where. It seemed like he didn’t want to serve us because it would require him to clean the machine again, I was not aware the employees can choose to close any part of the store on their terms. “ because I washed it” already is what he said. I politely asked if he can make an exception for us as we would be buying 6 frozen yogurts from him, but he said not possible. It was a complete waste of driving to Bayshore bc we only came for that

Stopped by today on my break today to get a slush and waited at the front of the line for ten minutes while the girl working walked back and forth fixing machines and ignoring the line. I tried to speak to her once and she turned her back on me. When my entire fifteen minute break was over and she still hadn’t acknowledged me I walked away. I stopped by the end of the counter to politely inform her that she had a line of upset kids waiting, that I would have waited longer but my break was over, and the attitude and tone I got in return was beyond rude. Apparently she spent fifteen minutes making one drink she hadn’t even completed when I left. As someone who works in customer service in the mall you do not ignore your customers, you at the very least acknowledge them. I’ve never had a problem here before but this was appalling.

We went to get a regular soft ice cream on September 30th around 8pm and Gavin couldn’t cash us out any quicker. We felt rushed and as I was paying he was already handing the ice cream without even asking what flavour I wanted and gave us a vanilla ice cream which we didn’t want. We kindly asked if we could get chocolate instead and he went on and argued saying we were supposed to tell him while we didn’t even have the time to say anything more than soft serve regular. It would be nice to make sure which flavour your customer wants.

Nice little spot, nice worker, fast paced and one of the best ice creams I’ve had in a while. if you’re getting hard ice cream, they give the biggest scoops. However other items are pricey like the soft ice cream but really everything is expensive nowadays so nothing against the store. Frozen yogurt is great. Definitely coming back 10/10 for food, atmosphere, service and cleanliness.
