The best service ever. She went above and beyond giving me alternatives when the specific soft serve I wanted is no longer being sold. The ice cream was fresh and the portions are reasonable.

Stopped by today on my break today to get a slush and waited at the front of the line for ten minutes while the girl working walked back and forth fixing machines and ignoring the line. I tried to speak to her once and she turned her back on me. When my entire fifteen minute break was over and she still hadn’t acknowledged me I walked away. I stopped by the end of the counter to politely inform her that she had a line of upset kids waiting, that I would have waited longer but my break was over, and the attitude and tone I got in return was beyond rude. Apparently she spent fifteen minutes making one drink she hadn’t even completed when I left. As someone who works in customer service in the mall you do not ignore your customers, you at the very least acknowledge them. I’ve never had a problem here before but this was appalling.

We went to get a regular soft ice cream on September 30th around 8pm and Gavin couldn’t cash us out any quicker. We felt rushed and as I was paying he was already handing the ice cream without even asking what flavour I wanted and gave us a vanilla ice cream which we didn’t want. We kindly asked if we could get chocolate instead and he went on and argued saying we were supposed to tell him while we didn’t even have the time to say anything more than soft serve regular. It would be nice to make sure which flavour your customer wants.

Didn’t ask us which flavor we wanted for our soft serve and handed us the vanilla which we didn’t want. He checked us out in a rush and when we asked if we could get a chocolate one, he hardly argued over it saying we had to tell him.

Nice little spot, nice worker, fast paced and one of the best ice creams I’ve had in a while. if you’re getting hard ice cream, they give the biggest scoops. However other items are pricey like the soft ice cream but really everything is expensive nowadays so nothing against the store. Frozen yogurt is great. Definitely coming back 10/10 for food, atmosphere, service and cleanliness.

THERE WERE SMALL BLACK BUGS IN MY SLUSHIE im so disgusted ?? they were literally all over it even on the straw i threw it out after realizig but unfortunately i was almost done the drink by the time i found out. NEVER buying from here again

Very bad experienceThe food was not fresh and the asian woman was rude. She started screaming and when I told her about costumer service she started to scream even more. I would not recommend to anyone.Although the frozen yogurt was good but the fluffy donut was not good and she refused to help. This experience ruined my day!!

The food is great but the employees are not unfortunately, I’ve trying to ask her what’s written on the board cuz I can’t see without my glasses and she was really rude she just asked me to read without reading for me, same thing with the frozen yogurt sizes I asked her can you please show me the sizes she showed me the medium with the other customer and refused to show me the other sizes :))))And she was saying go and shouting without saying to her anything !!Literally one star is to much for her.She was Asian tho so be carful guys from her.
