Greasy fish and chips and horrible service. We went with our grandchildren. We had to request the crayons and activity materials and were given one activity book for two kids. Service was extremely slow with several tables served before us. We were quite prepared to overlook this because my husband had ordered soup and because I alerted them to my granddaughter’s nut allergy some time after placing the order. Perhaps they were remaking her meal to be extra safe? The food was below average. But after being served our meals we were totally ignored. The waitress took away two of our four plates and never returned. Didn’t offer dessert even though it was included in the kids’ meal. Didn’t ask if we would like the bill. We eventually flagged someone down to pay and get out of there.

My soup was not hot Paula apologized and returned promptly with piping hot soup
She was so efficient and very busy,yet still look time for our needs

Had a craving for seafood and dinner did not disappoint. Coming from the Maritimes, I am particular about seafood freshness. Food and service was great!

Absolutely amazing sushi. Very fresh and tasty. Me and my mom come all the way from Almonte in order to pick it up. The kitchen is very understanding about celiac disease and staying gluten-free, and the lady working at the sushi area is also very friendly. Definitely a good place if you want to pick up sushi.

This was one of my favorite place to est. I was there Thursday for supper. It has changed.
The food was not the same, the Cesar salad had two pieces of croutons little or nothing of bacon. The dressing is not the same.

Usually when you order a dish you would get on the same plate salmon/chicken with a salad. The fish and chicken was server in a bowl and the salad in a plate.

Could not find the waitress I had to call other staff twice to get our waitress.

Love their Cesar Salad, they should bottle the dressing and sell it.

I had fish & chips, 2 piece, could not eat it all. My friend had a pasta with shrimp and she raved about it. Will be back definitely! I only have the atmosphere a 4 because the ceiling was all covered in plastic, didn't look great but certainly didn't affect the food.

Great service, there was a large selection and staff are knowledgeable to help you make your pick. Everything I tasted was phenomenal and they do a great job at catering to allergies and intolerances including having a separate fryer for us celiacs.

Ever since Lee Ga closed down, it's been hard to find sushi just as good, but Lapointe is a decent replacement! Lovely staff and good prices!

Can’t give it a zero but I wish I could. My wife and I went there for lunch, waited to be seated and once seated were completely ignored. It was like we became invisible.

Our waitress spent all her time seating people, waited 10 - 15 minutes then just got up and left. We were not even asked if we wanted a drink.

Too many other places to waste my time at a place like this.
