I cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful 'hidden gem' this place is! Lil' Negril, near the Centerpointe Theatre, is one of my favourite dinner-out spots in Ottawa. The food is excellent with amazing Caribbean flavours and beautiful, precise cooking every time, great prices and comfortable ambiance. Donna is a welcoming 'hostess' with an easy smile and warm humour. I took a 'non-Caribbean' friend tonight and she almost licked her plate, appreciated...

Genuinely thought I posted a review but cannot find it! But oh my!! So glad we found this little treasure! Been there three times this year and the food and cocktails are top tier ! The atmosphere and owners are so welcoming and warm that it makes you feel at home! Going there always makes me super happy! This is my fave restaurant! 🤍

This unassuming-looking little restaurant absolutely rocks. Enough choices to offer plenty of options, but not too many to bamboozle. Service is quick and comes with a big smile, and the food tastes faaaaantastic! Exotic flavours that are sure to please, combined with very modest prices mean you'll definitely want to return. Highly recommended!! Without doubt a double thumbs up.??
