The food is amazing, the customer service is terrible! The 2 times I've been there no one comes to you when you're ready to order, they will chat in front of you, and notice you standing but wont ask for your order. I had to stare at them for a good 10minutes and make them uncomfortable before they finally asked me what I wanted. Awkward. And then they give your order away to someone else by accident because everyone is busy chatting, then you have to wait another 20 minutes for them to redo your order. I waited 40 minutes to get 2 boxes or 8 pieces. The second time I waited in the store and the lady knew I was there but chose to hide in the kitchen. I waited for 10 minutes before I rang the bell, and the kitchen staff had to go and call the lady. The workers do not want to work there, and they show they don't want to be there. The food is always great though.

The new guy at the cash never said a word to me. The woman who was training him did all the talking.
After I paid debit for my order the math wasn't mathing so I asked for my receipt. Sure enough there were items I was charged for but didn't order.
I brought this to the guys attention and got an uhhhhhhhh. He went over and got the female employee .
Turns out I was charged an $8 milk shake I didn't order. When I asked for a refund they told me. They can only do cash refund not debit. But stechy but ok. So they gave me $8 cash. I didn't bother reminding them about the sales tax.
Food was great tho. Just gonna keep an eye on my bank cause who can't do a debit refund seems a little stechy.

GOT FOOD POISONING‼️
Service was completely fine, the food tasted great, and the atmosphere was fine enough, but I CANNOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE. My partner and I got very very ill after eating here unfortunately. Sanitation and handwashing are incredibly important for any job in food service, please be more mindful in the future!! For reference we got the classic poutines and a small box of milk chocolate and pistachio lokma with fresh strawberries!
Staff are so lovey and welcoming, I got my order confused and the lady was so understanding and catered to my needs. Will come back!
