Had an amazing time at Lone Star! The food, vibe, and service were all top-notch. Huge shoutout to Kitty, Moonshine, and Wildflower — they brought such great energy and made the night something special. Can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I have been going to this location for over 5 years and we were very disappointed with our visit yesterday. The hostess let us know that they didn’t have NFL games even though it was Sunday. This would probably explain the massive empty bar. We were then told they had no smash burgers and were given a specials menu that we couldn’t order off of because of the time of day restrictions. We ordered an appetizer to be told it was also out of stock and our server didn’t do a quality check or clear our plates. She was more concerned with socializing with the group of off duty employees hanging out at the bar. Our food was ok but we noticed how the tacos have shrunk in size. Sad to say that we won’t be going back.

The building, inside and out, is very well kept and looks clean. The atmosphere, created by the servers and hosts, is welcoming and kind hearted. The food is well made and served in a timely manner. Overall a very good restaurant, excellent food and service.

I was here last week, and the service was amazing! Food was hot and good quality, our server was really nice and was patient as it was my first time there, his name was tango. I would come back again definitely!

Had catering at our event and the staff was late , miserable and rude to our staff and customers
They blamed the customer for all discrepancies and offered no assistance
They spent more time on their phone than serving customers with the food .

Service was very slow. Dinner rush was just starting when we arrived. Took 40 minutes for a burger (new to the menu) and a taco salad. People seated after us had their meal before us. Server and manager explained it was because the other table ordered fajitas. Not much of an excuse. Manager competed half our food cost, but bill was still $50 for a mediocre burger with fries, a meeting taco salad and a margarita. Third time we had Lone Star with less than average food and poor service and it will be the last.

This is the second time I come to this location and same issue as the last. We waited at the door while servers walk by and nobody acknowledges us along with the couple ahead of us. After about 10 minutes we get acknowledged and placed at a high top in the bar area next to the same people. The server is visibly busy collecting payments. We sit for about 12 minutes before I ask the person who seated us if we can get some water or chips. He said the server is busy and I told him then maybe someone can do the payments for her rather than walk around for nothing. It doesn't seem this place has a very good work assistance policy between staff. Each on there own, sinknor swim on there own is how it feels an old that makes for bad customer service. Anyway the server was great when we got her and I fully understand that it's not her fault for the delay it's the establishment for not having good back up planning. The grande fajitas came out warm and not sizzling of which you can't pick 3 options for meats... you can have all chicken or some chicken, steak and shrimp but not 2 steak and 1 shrimp. Maybe change the menu wording... I think I am done with a over priced and under whelming fajita place that doesn't really care about my 140 bucks anyway. No value, no customer service and really a big disappointment 😒. No pictures, there was really no point. I give 5 stars for the server because it isn't her fault but I would only think it should be a 1 for the establishment.

What a wonderful experience we had. Miss Kitty was charming, attentive, funny, and accomadating. That kid is a ray of sunshine! Shout out to Jacob in the back of house for cooking up some excellent wings - they were perfect.
