Food was terrible. I paid $15 and all I ate was half the noodles. The honey garlic ribs were so dry and tasted old. The beef was so fatty I could chew it. Every bite I took ended chwed up back on the plate. What a waist of my money. DO BETTER!

Ripped me off! I chose the “Pick any 3 item +noodles or rice for $16.45”. Got to the register and was charged $29.55 because she chose to put it on 2 different plates? Refused to stick to the original price. Rip off.

UPDATE: July 2023 Perfect meals every time. The best Chinese food in Ottawa at this location. Always service with a smile, hot, and delicious.Delicious food every time! Especially the spicy dishes like Spicy Chicken and Black Pepper Beef. Absolutely the best Chinese food in Bayshore's food court, and in the west end of Ottawa! We have tried several west end Chinese food restaurants including the other one in the mall, and no one can beat this Manchu Wok location. Portions are generous, and service is always friendly and with a smile. The noodles are absolutely delicious. Perfect for when we crave Chinese food! Olivia even went above and beyond in making me an item I'd had elsewhere, and it was perfect! I would give this location 100 stars if possible! It's nice that they have a reward program too. And in the post-Covid days, they are one of the few restaurants in the food court where the staff wear masks, which is a very important consideration.
