Absolutely unacceptable. Made an order a few weeks ago. Paid extra for white meat. Messed my order up and got dark meat.told me I would get the order replaced for free. They asked for my name and number,gave them that info, called tonight and told I would have to talk to a manager in the morning. The company I work for spends thousands of dollars a year at Mary brown's. Customer service is non existent

Clean place good service
Great location, very friendly and attentive staff. Keeps the place clean and condiments stocked and always puts up a smile. The fried chickens are great as well.
This is International Fried Chicken Day, so thought I would try this spot. The staff were delighted to answer my newbie questions and handed me my order with a huge smile, knowing I would be just as delighted when I opened and tasted it. Highly recommend this Mary Brown's
The Big Mary special on Mondays is a great deal and the service is always great.
