Long lines in the drive thru as well inside, could be because of weekend. Fries were hot after insisting it and the burger was okay.

Not 24 hr it’s drive through after a certain time and servers are rude as hell! One guy just did not respect us! Night staff is actual garbage service!!

Theyre much more consistent with their food than other locations. Good quality, follows instructions perfectly, and on the off time somethings wrong theyve always remade it for me super politely. The staff are friendly and always put a smile on my face. Best Mcdonalds in Ottawa hands down.

Came in after 10 pm to do a quick order of large coke and then I was gonna head out. I brought in my scooter (i was not riding it) and placed it on the wall. Mind you it’s past 10 pm and 3 customers are there as well. I’m about to put in my order I hear “no scooter” being loudly repeated by one of the employees. I took it back out and came in to put in my order again. Word of advice, when someone pulls up in a scooter for a quick pick up when the restaurant is basically empty. Maybe don’t kick them out, or at least have the decency to come tell the person instead of broadcasting it to the entire restaurant. I hope I never have to go in there again. Or at least not with a scooter…

Love their fruit smoothies which contain fresh frozen fruit , ice and yogurt. Will also make without yogurt just specify when you order. Blueberry pomegranate and mango pineapple my two personal favs. Try it sometime!

Staff was friendly, place was clean. Unfortunately the most unorganized Macdonalds I've ever seen.
I was very hungry and when I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget meal I only received 5 nuggets. This has had an irreparable impact. 🥲
