I suppose I can't blame the restaurant for the mishap, but I had absolutely no way to redeem a $4 Big Mac coupon. It kept saying I had already redeemed the coupon, even though I had just added it to the cart seconds before trying to check out. After that, the app wouldn't let me remove it from the cart either. At that point, I had no choice but to select a different coupon. The next best one was a Big Mac combo for $8.99. Everything was made fresh, and the fries were just the right crispness. (At times, their fries taste old, so it's really hit and miss.)

McDonald's has just gone to the gutter, I'm Celiac and they won't accommodate w lettuce in any way, you're handed a slapped together naked looking patty, dry, sad.. fries are often cold, underfilled, can't get adequate ketchup anymore.. nickel and dimey.
Dietary restrictions: The fries are gluten free, and the poutine, fyi.
Kid-friendliness: Lame, my nephew hates it without the play place

Bought a Big Mac Meal for $14.23. Met my needs. Staff generally nice to deal with. Seating area pretty dirty, noting plenty of staff on hand that could have done a quick sweep. The fries tasted stale. "No refills" sign on the wall; I can sympathize with trying to prevent walk-in theft, but for the price I was charged for soda water, syrup, and ice, a refill is expected.

Our order was not all there , we had our grandchildren so we didn’t have a chance to question. We ordered apple slices, we got fries instead. One of the apple juice was not given. Overall it was a good experience

Terrible service, I wish I could do negative ratings. When drove up to the drive through kiosk the person on the line asked 'What do you want?', no hai, no hello just want you want. This is even before me saying any single word, what a rude person. I don't understand how they hire an arrogant agent to run the store, pathetic management.

I was missing my food after I ordered a delivery and all they could say is that I should reach out to the delivery company to come and pick the missing food, the delivery company was not reachable so I could not get the food. The drink had no straw and 2 burgers and poutine came with only 1 napkin

I went to McDonald’s for my weekly double filet-O-fish with pies and was pleasantly surprised to be served by a lovely girl named Sienna she informed me of the surf n turf filet o fish burger and boy oh boy was it amazing not only was Sienna kind, patient, observant and more… but she understood my needs and wants as a customer better than any other server… 10/10 service 10/10 food. Sad to see the surf n turf gone
