Was a regular here but what happened to me yesterday and how it was dealt with by the manager, I'm not going back.

Google maps says Open 24 hours, so I place an order online and walk over. Apparently they lock the doors at midnight, and when I showed up at 12:04 to discover that, I was surprised, considering they had already accepted my order and payment. I then knocked on the door and they pretended not to notice, which is incredibly poor service.

How does a well oiled machine like McDonald's turn into whatever this is. Staff sitting around, no hair nets, joking about the severe slow speed of the service. I actually had to get a refund for my in restaurant order after watching 30 cars pump through the drive thru.
I'd be embarrassed to work here honestly.

1- eh chicken nuggets were decent 2- fries were good 3-atmosphere was exceptionally nice 4-service is good 5- happy meals are good but it needs a little more
This is the worst macdonalds ever and I am honestly dissatisfied with their customer service of Managers and staff , if the managers are like that so the staff will also be like that.I went in to order and there were about 25 staff but not even single person came to get my order.They were chatting up talking about things nobody cares about and I waited around 15 minutes

Food is amazing, i just love mcdonalds. Main problem for me is that they tend mess up my order and usually im ok if its just a few times but they do it enough that I have to check every time I go there

This McDonald's is great. I go there quite often. The staff are nice and appear to be hard-working. There is no bad atmosphere for the staff, and they clean the tables quite often. In all my time there for 2 years, I haven't seen any difference in quality for me. They actually renovated the McDonald's a couple of months ago. What they changed is that the playground is no longer there, and it has a modern look.
Kid-friendliness: The staff and other customers are all very nice. I have no complaints. 👌
False advertisement. If you're going to advertise monopoly game tickets on your big macs, then at least provide those tickets when i buy a big mac. Look, i JUST took this photo of my big mac. Why do i not get any monopoly tickets when i come here? And why does it take me forever to get my food when i order inside instead of the drive through?
