Mc veggie burger didn’t stand as expected. A&W masala veggie burger is way better and worth the price too.

The person at the cash for the drive thru doesn’t even know what McDonalds sells. They said they didn’t have TinyTan meals after explaining what they were. They didn’t bother to check with others even after explaining they were in the menu. We called it the BTS meal, the nuggets meal with the toy and action figure. We get to the window to pick up our food and we ask again and they charged us for the toy and then didn’t even give us the happy meal stuff. Truly disappointed with the service.

Not bad experiences. Just QA the delivery order to ensure the right customers get the right orders. You recently sent out an order that had someone else’s order in my delivery. It’s not on the delivery service, it’s on your team.

I burnt myself on the chicken nugget, normally not this hot but today was scalding. service was absolutely atrocious. the waiter tripped and dropped the food and made me pay again. never coming back to this family owned restaurant. if there were restraining orders for restaurants i would ask for three. DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. dont make the same mistake i did.

On the evening of the 7 of September I stopped at the MacDonalds on Merivale road at 6:25 PM to buy a coffee prior to my 7 PM meeting. There was a black sedan in front of me who was using his cell phone will driving. The black sedan pulled up to the window and was given a bag. The black sedan then backed up and handed a hamburger box to the young woman working the window. A long discussion ensued during which the back sedan had his back-up lights on. There was never anything else given to the black sedan. I beeped the horn and tried to tell the black sedan to take his car out of reverse as there was a very good chance he would back into me. I received my coffee at 6:45 and a sermon from the young lady telling me I need to be more patient. Instead of having the driver move to the other window or parking spot MacDonalds choose to make a whole line up of people wait.

Theirs this white blonde manager she is so disrespectful. I ordered 2 wraps with 7 mayo packets and she only gave me 3 then when I asked for a few more she was getting upset and calling it excessive she wouldn't even give me 2 more mayo packets she refused and told me to pay for more even tho it says on the machine its free. Update your stuff people! Ontop of that my boyfriend got something and the order went through but they never gave it to him and the number didn't end up coming out of the machine. They refused to give him his food. I also ordered an ice cream and their was some hard chunks in the ice cream I thought it was plastic but it wasn't still not sure what it was. I just tossed it. Never ordering from their again.

Last time I came here and they allowed me to walk through, today a manager named sam, he tries to say i can't as he was clearly trying to make a pointless point where he could save 5mins instead piss off a client. never eating mc donalds not just because there food is garbage and I should I know better not to eat it again. Just the crappy service they have.
Went in today to just grab some food and an ice coffee. The cashier kaylee was so kind and friendly, she even remembered my meal I wanted from last time. Great work kaylee! She needs to be recognized for her hard work.

Ordered at night and that indian manager im pretty sure hes new is rude and I made my order through the online app and it got proccessed and gave them the order number yest he said the payment is still pending and didnt go through. I had to tell him that he must give me my order and it will be processed then asked me to open my bank. This is the worst manager I have ever seen there was a white manager before him that worked good and knew what he was doing but this indian guy is rude and the worst. My response to him was normal and saying im rude and yet telling for the next time do this and that. Im not eating from his pocket and were not in india for him to do this to me

I ordered a mcchicken and they sent me a patty with sauce, no buns, instead of substituting it with something else or leaving a note or something extra they left no buns, no sandwich
