Absolutely ridiculous service. Just so happens that they are running their entire drive thru service from the second window today ; of course, post overnight shift, I zone out, stop at the first window to pay until the lady opens the window and tells me to pay at the second. The lady at the second then chastised me about paying attention because she waved a lot of times, was super degrading and what do I drive away to find ? Both of my muffins missing from my order and no receipt in the bag so I can't even go back to get them. Call the store, "hello, hello ?!" and they hang up. I never would have gotten away with HALF of this when I worked at McDonald's.
Only giving two stars because the lady at the first window is always cheerful and pleasant on the speaker.

Their hot chocolate and frappe machine is not working since 4 days. we went a day before yesterday, yesterday and today, they are giving us same excuse for 3 days. Worst experience ever. If they are not able to fix their machines, so they should close the store.

For the most part the employees here are good and proactive. I am a regular customer. The food is yummy and I look forward to my experience. Unfortunately yesterday when I was getting my coffee, it spilt while she was handing it to me because the cap was off. It burnt my hand and got all over my clothes, jacket, car. I would have appreciated at the very least an apology or a refill on my coffee. Instead the employee said “the cap was on mam” instead of taking ownership and having empathy I felt like she blamed me right off the bat. Throughout the day my hand hurt and it left a mark. I was not happy with the way I was treated after it burnt my hand. Hopefully in the future they are more empathetic.

Might actually be the slowest McDonalds in Ottawa, took 10 minutes just to place my order in the drive through then stuck another 20 minutes waiting for my food

We just took an order through drive through. The girl at the door was too rude with us . Firstly she took 15 min to give our order and then she wasn’t friendly at all. I don’t know why they treat the customers so badly
Raptor chicken poutine is so good. Also this location is consistently than others nearby

2 minutes past 11am and breakfast is closed; "sorry sir, you're just a couple of minutes late, we can't help you". My drive thru (breakfast) order that i made 16 min prior (before coming to get the food) was however accepted. Coffee is great here none the less; was not charged for what i didn't get, so the whole underlining process worked fine; got breakfast elsewhere. Just a tip/lesson learned to share with all.
