I went through the drive through tonight and ordered an ice cream. I was asked to move up and wait 15 mins for my order.. it’s ice creams. I declined and said “ no, I’ll just wait here.. ice cream doesn’t take long to make”. I had 3 different employees including the manager raise their voice at me and roll their eyes. I do not need to pull up and wait 15 minutes for an ice cream… when I said no I then had 4 employees come to the window all at once to just stair and listen to what was going on.. go do your job and maybe you wouldn’t be so worried about your “drive through times”. There is absolutely no proper customer service at this place. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful attitude towards customers. I will NOT be back. Also, I got my ice cream half melted and not full.

One of the best coffees in town. However I don’t review fast food. But I have to add that having been there to drink coffee quietly in the mornings, the washroom is under lock and key which is very silly 🤪 It’s a good place to hear yourself think early in the mornings, the atmosphere is very quiet & pleasant.

This location accepts orders on food delivery apps it cannot fill, waits for the drivers to show and then uses their means of reaching the customer to try to talk them into changing their order into something they can fill. I didn't want their replacement, but they refused to cancel the order, preventing the order from closing in the app and so also preventing me from ordering something else. It's a fraudulent abuse of the system.
