If you could please ask your employees to be respectful. I was shocked to see how your employees were passing rude remarks/comments for delivery drivers. This is totally unacceptable. I felt bad for that delivery guy.
If your employees do not want to work, please ask them to not take the shifts.

Every McDonalds I’ve ever been to has been nothing but horrible, this one takes the crown. It either they get my order wrong, or something’s missing and every time I ask for my food made fresh it comes cold and they try to gaslight me like I don’t know what fresh food feels like. I bit into the chicken one time and it was almost ice cold, my fries are always ALWAYS cold after I ask for it to be made fresh. I gave up on complaining because they really don’t care as long as they’re getting paid.
In addition, I got refused a water cup😂😂 this place is horrible lol

The past three times Ive taken my child here for a happy meal, which we don't do very often and its a real treat for her, they do not give a toy, this last time they gave her a deck of cards...shes 4! Now once again my daughter is sitting here crying because she didn't get a toy in her happy meal, its a sad meal thanks a lot mcdonalds!

This place sucks now . Says it was recently renovated but the renovations made it very uncomfortable. They replaced the chairs with tiny stools. The playbplace used to have 4 stables for fsmilys tonsit and such their kids now there is one table with tiny stools. Very uncomfortable. They also moved the bathrooms and took away the drink machines so you csnt get your own drink anymore.. less seating as well. This place is shit now. Won't be returning

i went through the drive through and received raw disgusting fries, was told i would receive new fries, than had some other lady come up and be extremely disrespectful and rude and refuse a refund or new fries
This Mc Donald used to be my favourite past few months or so this place has really gone down. I like to come for my morning coffee and occasionally food. They keep getting my order wrong they even confirm the order and it’s still wrong.

I visited this place , simply looking to get a basic cup of water. I was informed by the staff that I would have to pay \$3.99 for the water. I wasn't asking for a bottled, sparkling, or specialty drink—just a standard cup of water, which is typically offered free of charge almost everywhere you go. What made the situation truly disappointing was the attitude of the staff. When I asked about this policy, they were not just unhelpful but incredibly rude and dismissive, making the entire encounter uncomfortable. Good customer service should be a basic standard, and the lack of hospitality here was shocking. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I went through the drive through this AM, ordered a Chicken McGriddle with egg and cheese.
When I got home, opened it up - just McGriddle buns with some cheese... no chicken... no egg..... Charged an extra 2$ for an egg and didn't even get the Chicken from my Chicken McGriddle.
Do better guys.

I stopped by McDonald’s for coffee and was really impressed — the coffee was excellent, and the place itself was spacious and comfortable, great for a quick stop or even sitting down for a bit.
However, I did have a small issue with my order. I specifically asked for salted butter on my bagel, but it came with unsalted butter instead. It's a small detail, but it makes a noticeable difference in taste. I think McDonald's should consider including salted butter as a standard option or at least ensure requests like this are followed more carefully.
Overall, great coffee and space — just a little more attention to detail on the food side would make it perfect.
