The restaurant was very are to find down a dark alley with no lit up signage. We ordered a medium pizza with 3 toppings (pepperoni mushroom onion). He repeated it over the phone. The receipt had the correct ingredients. I got an all meat pizza instead. How hard is it to follow simple instructions... wings were black old and dry.

Have been ordering for years! They never disappoint today was no different! Great service over the phone and driver is awesome always very friendly! Ordered L Pepperoni and L Pep onion green peppers! Don’t forget the homemade garlic dip! I also love the Veggie! Great spot!

When I first moved in this area, I tried this restaurant. I love their poutines me and my husband order a lot. But the driver is very rude and disrespectful today. For an example, he banged on my door like the door was going to fall off. He threw my food on the ground and then he had the audacity to yell at me. But it's not the restaurant's fault. They have great food. This is the third time I've had a problem with their driver. Especially swearing at me

This is a small restaurant but hidden inside of the hallway beside speedy auto on Merivale, first time got there, the restaurant owner(I think?) was very friendly and helping us to get what we wanted and also it was very quick fresh baked even we ordered from the store within 15 mins. Now.. when I had a bite when I got home I called this is really pizza, we ordered a large Hawaii pizza and wings, they are so delicious and I can’t stop thinking going back again. Really deserves to try. And definitely will come back again!

Whoever answers the phone is a rude person who has no reason to work in customer service. He is one of the owners so it is a situation which is not changing anytime soon, take your business elsewhere if you don’t want to support owners who won’t take accountability. Not to mention they put meat on the cheese pizza making it inedible for the vegetarians. My family of 7 ordering here for 30 years and they’ve just lost all our future business. It is the owner/chef who answers the phone who is to blame. We will never be ordering from Merivale Pizza again, the mistake on the food can be forgiven but their customer service is too poor to ever order from there again.
This has been my go to place for pick up Pizza & Wings for over 30 years The cousins make great food and we consider it the best in the west!
