We have been a regular customer for years, every Tuesday night. We just had the worst service when I called to ask where our pizza was after an hour. I was told to just order from somewhere else cause I didn’t seem happy. We have always tipped well, and ordered regularly. I have never been so disappointed, I had grown to enjoy the regular delivery person and I would have almost gone as far to say he was a friend.Update: received a call from a very respectful and apologetic (owner)maybe. He has rectified the situation and we will continue to be customers.

Says I’m too far away for delivery … 11 minute drive. Just didn’t wanna deliver as it was 2 hours to close!
If I could honestly give this place a 0 star I would . I ordered food today chicken wings a lot of them for many people I was hosting. And these wings are not edible . It taste like cement . Weird burnt smell to them (and they were plain wings ) not edible at all . I call the store and someone answers and tells me “ we don’t have managers here - we are a franchise” this is completely messed up . I will never be getting food from here . And I will advise you guys honestly to never get food from here . Unless you want to become sick .

I have been ordering from Milano's for quite a few years now in Ottawa. The barhaven location definitely my favorite. The service, the staff, and the overall taste just seems better than the other ones around town. Highly recommend if you are looking for takeout or delivery on a night that you are craving a good sub, or pizza.

Been ordering from here for a while but probably won't be moving forward. The pizza is either really good or extremely saugy. The last 2 orders had to be re sent and im not the kind of person to complain about things not being perfect but the pizza was actually wet and so noticeably under baked I couldn't just waste $35-50. They always have corrected the mistake and been very polite but I would prefer to avoid that to begin with and will be finding somewhere else moving forward.
