Hamdi is the best pizza maker in the city. We moved out of the neighborhood but come back regularly just to get the pizza from Milano on Woodfield Drive. The service is always excellent.

great food and amazing customer service. the guy working the night shift did everything on his own while it got busy and yet made sure everyone is satisfied. I highly recommend to try this place out.
I ordered from Milano Pizza and it was a big mistake. The pizza was cold, soggy, and tasted terrible. The crust was soft and the toppings were thrown on carelessly.
When I called to complain, the staff was rude and unhelpful. No apology, no effort to fix the issue. Horrible customer service.
Definitely not ordering from here again. Not worth your money or time.

Guy was really rude and curt with me on the phone. Haven't had the pizza yet, but its probably best to not tell someone to 'hurry up' when they pause for 2 seconds to think about what they want to order
