Waited 25 minutes for a pretzel that should take a few minutes at most. When I asked about it, I was barely acknowledged. Tried to get a refund and was told they could only give cash, with no apology or explanation for the delay. Completely unprofessional service and a total waste of time. If you’re in a rush or expect basic courtesy, I’d avoid this place.

I’ve had a dozen of their pretzels and they are always lovely!I would definitely recommend this place for those craving for some hot and delicious doughy treats!My personal favorites are Nutella and Napolitano ?Take some Nutella on the side and dip your pretzel to enjoy it fully!Napolitano, on the other hand, is a kick of savoury goodness with cheese and herb powder. Love this.

Very chill, not fakey-nice, just genuine nice people, it's always a pleasure to be here. I've tried several of their pretzels and I have to say, just the basic salt pretzel is my favorite. Yum!

as soon as I walked in the service was impeccable, manners were respectable, and everybody was so kind and looked very happy. I was very pleased with how the food was usually pretzels are very soggy and dry, but they had extra butter, and was perfectly soft and excellently cooked.
