If you want authentic Cantonese/Szechuan-style Chinese food in Ottawa, Ng’s Cuisine is absolutely worth it. Everything we ordered tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked properly, and the portions were more than fair for the price. Service was courteous and made the meal feel easy and welcoming. This is the kind of place I’d recommend when someone asks where to find Chinese food that feels closer to what you’d get in bigger food cities. Heads-up: it’s popular and parking is limited, so reserving/planning ahead helps.

I ordered crispy beef, I don’t think this restaurant understands the definition of crispy. It was completely soggy and they didn’t even put the sauce on it yet. Definitely not worth the high price at this place.
We've enjoyed Ng's Cuisine for family dim sum outings and dinner celebrations. My favourite dim sum item has to be their beef cheung fun because they mix dried tangerine peel to the seasoned beef filling, which is very traditional.
One of my favourite dishes to order for dinner is their fried chicken. It's super juicy and well made.

I was disappointed. This was different from what I experienced in the past. Portions were very small and the chow mein lacked variety. Hope this was just a bad day in the kitchen.

From Mediocre to Excellent Diem-Sum! My wife and I treated our relatives for diem-sum many years ago. Staff were friendly, the food wasn't back then but because restaurant is under new management the diem-sum has improved. In my earlier review I wasn't looking forward to come here BUT NOW so far the food is tasty. Atmosphere and décor remain the same.
