Best viet place in Ottawa. My parents and all their friends go here. Never been disappointed and they have other viet soups that are super well done beyond just pho. Viet coffee is legit. IYKYK.

First time trying Noodle House 79. It was a very average noodle house experience. Spring rolls were very good with the peanut sauce. The noodles were very average with a good flavoured broth. I would have given it a 4 star however my fiancée ordered online for me to pick up and bring home with me. I didn’t see what he ordered I just asked when I paid for my meal to pick up his order. I got home with what they handed me and they forgot to give me his soup with beef :( I only got the sandwich and drink. I was 40 minutes away so I couldn’t go back. His sandwich was very dry and the bun was too large for the filling they had put into it. He was very sad and disappointed for what cost him 22$.

I originally went for pho, but I unexpectedly discovered a hidden gem! No.64 Pork Leg Rice Noodle – Absolutely love how perfectly braised it is! The handmade meatballs also good.
The other bowl is the Weekend Special: Roasted Duck Leg with Egg Noodle Soup – The duck is delicious, and the broth has a delightful sweetness with a rich shiitake mushroom aroma.

The best pho in the city - hands down. I've tried so many in town and this one is above and beyond the rest.
Been here a few times and the food is always outstanding. The staff here are super nice and just good vibes all around. I went for a pickup order today and they sat me down with some water and tea.
