I’m trying to find the best bun bo hue in the city. The sliced beef and the pork hock were good and clean. The beef shank was cut too thick so it’s a bit hard to chew. The broth was clearly good bone broth that gelatinized when cold. But I was disappointed by the flavour, it’s lacking some spices. The price is higher than most Vietnamese restaurants. It is reasonable as the portion size is a bit bigger. Service was fast. But there are better Bun Bo Hues in the city.

The Tofu Pho, with its light, spiced broth, offered a comforting warmth. The Beef and Egg Lunch Bowl combined tender beef and a perfectly runny egg in a satisfying way. The Beef Brisket Pho, with its aromatic broth and melt-in-your-mouth brisket, was exceptional. Restaurant might look odd from outside, but the food there is simply amazing! The service is fast, place is clean, menu looks a bit odd without many pictures of dishes, but everything was so tasty and portions are so big! This is how restaurant suppose to be - filling and making you happy.

First time here, got pho. Chicken broth, egg noodle and satay shrimp with rare beef. Out of 3 different locations I frequent; this broth had the most depth. Cleared my sinus right up. Will be back for sure.

Food quality from excellent to not as expected, depending on who cooked - Food served to customers are not the same as advertised. We eat at this restaurant once every few week. Yesterday, I and my son went there, ordering the weekkend special "Phở Gà Lòng Gà Trứng Non" for me and "Bún Gà Nướng" for my son. Since the one I order few weeks ago, they served without "Lòng Gà" (chicken intestines). At that time they apologized and gave me discount couponds to make up. This time I asked the waiter, he confirmed they had "Lòng Gà". When the food came, they served pig intestines (lòng heo) instead of chicken ones. I mentioned the fact to the waiter. He said he would report to the cook. However, the waitress, without looking at the leftover food on the table, assured that they are lòng gà (chicken intestines). She should be more aware of what was going on before saying anything that was not true (see attached picture of the dish during and after eating, see also picture of chicken intestines). The "bún gà nướng" my son ordered was not good as expected. The rice vermicelli was cook without properly drained (still very wet) - (bún luộc nhưng chưa ráo nước) and the chicken lacked the grilled tastes. He said he ate the same dish and it was excellent few weeks ago. The owner should know what are going on before starting to loose good customers.
