I love eel/unagi and the one I got here is probably worst even compared to the AYCE 1000 Island near door. It's chewy, not cut normally, no usual sauce, rice was also formed weird. Its very much like me making sushi with Eel from T&T. It's very different from the one I got here few months ago. Maybe chef changed...
Pho was Ok, got the grandpa one and beef was stringy and falling apart. Broth was good though...

Pho was decent, came with proper extra toppings. Pad thai wasn't quite usual flavours... This one has a sweet bean flavour. They also offer spicy level 1 to 10, 3 being their regular. Staff by good and attentive

The service isn’t usually so good, the waiters have disappeared for most of the time during the times I went there. The atmosphere is okay but the food is definitely very delicious. I do have a complaint about the Uber eats options, they’re not the same as the menu and they don’t bring shrimp rolls with the sauce, and the soups don’t come with the bean sprouts and mint leaves. Basically everything is separate and you already pay more than you would in person.

Aug 10, 9:30 PM – waited at the counter with no one there. Staff came in, ignored me completely, answered the phone, and walked away without a word. Most disrespectful service I’ve ever experienced.
I went in today to pick up an order for my wife. She had ordered soup and two wraps. As I walked in , the server asked me without greeting me if I was in to pick up and Uber order. No greeting , just straight to the assumption that I was there to pick up and order. I am a black man and I feel so insulted by this racial stereotypes. Would the same assumption be made if I was caucasian ? Forget that , how about a polite greeting ?.I worked in hospitality myself so I'm quite upset about this.
It gets better. No apology was received , he simply handed me my order and has the nerve to ask if I required change . I definately won't be tipping someone for insulting me , didn't even have the decency to apologise.
This is the last time I will be giving you our business. We love your food and ambiance but I will not be disrespected this way . I hope you guys put your staff through some training on unconscious bias. Very very sad and disappointing .

I love this place so much! The food is simply incredible, the staff are all very kind, and the vibes in this restraint are always amazing. I’ve brought many different friends and family here—some of which weren’t even fans of pho—and every single person ended up becoming a regular, if not a pho addict!
This restaurant has literally reached legendary status in my circle and I’m forever grateful to my one buddy who put me on this spot! It’s arguably the best spot in riocan to eat with friends and family or go on a date, but it’s THE best spot for a late night munch, as they’re open till 2am!
I am honestly surprised this restaurant doesn’t have a 5 star rating because it’s just that good! If I had to recommend a soup for first-timers, go for the pho ap chao or the bun bo huè (if you’re feeling something a little spicy).
I truly hope you love this place as much as me if you decide to give it a shot!

I have been getting the Pad Thai from here for YEARS and it’s hands down the best Pad Thai i’ve ever had. I always get it with rice noodles and shrimp with 0 spice and I always ask for LOTS of extra crushed peanuts and they deliver every single time! Also they de-tail the shrimps which is amazing. Never understood why some places don’t de-tail their shrimp. I don’t dine in here often but the few times I have I loved the environment and the decor, it’s has a comfortable vibes and the staff is friendly. Pho Thai Fusion can take my money any day. ❤️❤️ Also shout out to my dad for bringing me here for dinner and introducing me to this place because he loves the sushi!
