We order regularly. The food is amazing. Portions sizes are very generous. When many restaurants are skimping on quality and portions, Pho Thi Fusion consistently provides huge portions, lots of meat and veggies. Highly recommend. Tom Yum stir fry is my favourite.

I ordered takeout from here last night and when I got home, saw they missed a part of our order. I was frustrated and hungry after a long commute home and missing food did not make me happier. I called right away and the staff I spoke to were very calm and apologetic. I drove back and they fixed the missing items, plus added extra to make up for the error. Everything was delicious and I appreciated how they handled the problem.

This is the worst service experience i have had with a restaurant in a while. I don’t know if it’s because they are understaffed or we just seemed “invisible” to them or a combination of both. I almost choked without water and trying to catch their attention with both gesture and voice to bring me some water. After time passes the server forgot to add my water to new requests and it was really disappointing. My child knew right away they weren’t being nice. After eating, I went through the same torment to tell them we need the bill. I did notice there were other customers that caught their eyes instantly - they paid attention to that didn’t look like me. We had to get up from our table and chase them to the bar to pay and this was only a small restaurant space. Not recommending to friends and not going back.

Food is fine, but the serivce is disrespectful and awful. When we visited, it was not super busy, but they totally ignored us, unwillingly cleaned a table and gave us seat after asking them. Took too much time to take our order, and preparing the food. Finally, when we asked them for a take out box, the waitress just told us her shift was over!!!

Lovely atmosphere, polite and attentive service
I've had several of their pho options but have to recommend the vegetable Stir fry pho, incredible flavour, packed with garlic, green onions, celery and the broth is to die for. The only issue with it is it costs money to order more
My spouse has the chow mein on the regular and we will be continuing to eat there as often as we can afford

Very tasty food, tried the Pad Thai, Bento Box, Chow Mein and Beef Pho and was not disappointed! All dishes were good, reasonably priced and great service too! Strongly recommend, I will definitely be back soon.
