I had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The cashier was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain all the current deals to me. Thanks to their help, I was able to save money and still get everything I wanted. It’s not every day you get that kind of service, really appreciated the patience and friendliness. I had such a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut, all thanks to the employee who was managing everything all alone. The way he handled the service with such professionalism and a smile was truly impressive. Despite working single-handedly, the service was quick, attentive, and warm. On top of that, the pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. It’s rare to see such dedication and passion in both service and taste. Truly proud of him and highly recommend visiting!

For a short period of time their food improved. Now it's back to undercooked dough slices lacking cheese, and extremely cheap on toppings. Quite frankly if it wasnt so disgusting it would be laughable. I dont understand how hard it is to make a pizza with pre-made dough and a chart right in front of the cooks with topping measurements,and cook times, given to them from a franchise thats been around for 40 years. Im Never going Back. Toppers is 1 million times better they always deliver on quality cheese and toppings. This pizza hut has no standards and doesnt care. If this is the quality and effort put into their food I can only imagine how filthy the kitchen and cooks are. If you don't care about the quality of your food and the happiness of your customers don't run a restaurant.

They have an online deal for a buy one at regular price and get a second for $1. For some reason it’s saying can’t add so I called the store and the person l spoke with just kept saying well we are receiving orders and were no help at all to me so for that, I chose another pizza store and they lose a customer. Can’t find any good customer service anymore. So disappointed!!!

Ordered today two box meals!! I understand if the store is busy!! Happened couple of times!! The order was incorrect which is again I can understand!! But the way the delivery driver (was a lady) interacted was not really a decent way to interact with a regular customer! HAVE TO THINK ABOUT ORDERING AGAIN FROM THIS STORE🙂↕️

Ordered two pizzas, and both were underwhelming. There was barely any sauce that left the whole thing dry and lacking flavor. Toppings were squeezed into the center, while the outer portion was just plain crust—it genuinely felt like eating dry bread. Seems like the owner may be cutting costs on deal items to even things out, but the end result doesn’t satisfy. Hope they start prioritizing quality over savings.

I made my order and 10 sec after the payment I asked to change to cheesy crust and I will pay the difference the man said it’s not possible to change as if we’re gonna change the Bible. There was there also the manager or superviser or the owner I don’t know anyway she was there a women that asked him not to change. Conclusion very bad service treating customers as donkeys I would say I will never order from this store at all however, I will continu ordering my favorite pizza from Pizza Hut because the brand Pizza Hut is bigger than to be managed in this childest way of management.
