Service ok but the product not so much Ordered 3 pizzas and went to pick it up. My order was ready but I'm not impressed by the pizzas. Order 3 different crusts : pan ,thin regular. Right off the bat don't order Thin crust it's literally the thickness of the cardboard box and it tastes like one. Toppings that's another matter. I know that shrink flation is everywhere but you need a magnifying glass better be 5x at least to find your toppings. At this point it's just sad. I remembered that years ago Pizza Hut was one of the best places to get your food. There was always a lot of toppings and the prices were affordable. Now it is still affordable but the quality is gone!!

Went to get a take out from this location and when I was paying for the pizza the tip option came on the screen which I tried to decline unsuccessfully when I a sked the cashier for help with that she went ahead and tipped herself 4 dollars with out my consent . That's a very bad business practice that should not be allowed

We were told that we could not have a plate, then we were told we could not have a knife, the pizza was not cut properly and they told us there was nothing that they could do, eventually someone else who worked behind the counter was able to find us a rolling pizza cutter which we were not offered until we were struggling through half of our pizza ripping it apart. Terrible customer service.
Attempted to place an order by calling in, I thought it was odd the line kept going to different automated responses when calling this store location, then eventual the call would drop, as a hungry customer I persisted in calling to get my pizza! eventually I was greeted with this hellowearetobusyrightnowcanyoupleasewait then instantly was put on hold with no time to respond so I wait only for the call to drop so I call again the phone hangs up so I call again to be greeted with a very disgruntled female employe hello what can I get you.. I tell the the lady that want a pizza delivered near the airport instantly she tells me they dont have delivery vehicles and to use the website to place an order if i want delivery.... as she was going to hang up I informed her that the website was not working that's why im calling, so she says ok what do you want again we don't deliver to airport road confused because i never said airport road, i corrected her and told her the actual address of the delivery location only to be told they only deliver in a 3km radius goodbye have a nice day.... ( I am 7 km away ) ok maybe you don't have drivers but the whole attitude of this worker just reflects where Canada is going and how we have lost our customer service in this country
If there is any other pizza shop nearby, I recommend going there. The pizza toppings are disappointing.

I was not able to pre order online through the app despite trying multiple payment methods even the pay at store option wouldn’t work, I then payed $15 for less than 1 slice of pizza in the form of a “pizza melt”. It tasted good but was half as much food as little Cesar’s lunch combo for $10
