We chose Pizza Hut randomly; it will be one of our places on rotation for take out nights. Delivery was fast, pizzas were hot. I called about an incorrect pizza, they corrected it very quickly and they were very friendly.

I had to call to cancel an order from this restaurant after it took > 1hr to leave the location. More than 3 weeks later no refund has been received. I have called the location multiple times and the staff are evasive, give conflicting reasons no refund was issued and refuse to take any action, or to pass my call onto someone who can help. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. They promise to call back, but never call back.

I placed an order for delivery online, and it was later canceled with the explanation that I was supposedly outside their delivery area. The frustrating part is that I was able to place the order online in the first place, so clearly their system allowed it.
They claimed they tried to call me, but the number they used came up as spam on my phone. No voicemail was left, and no email was sent notifying me that my order had been canceled. I only found out it was cancelled when I called to check on the status of my order as it had passed the delivery window listed on the website. When I spoke to a representative, they were rude and insisted that I hadn’t entered my address correctly—despite the fact that online orders automatically fill out the address and my confirmation email having the correct address. They then tried to blame me for not answering a phone call from an unknown number, expecting me to know it was them.
Overall, this was a very poor customer experience. The cancellation process, lack of proper communication, and rude behavior were extremely disappointing.

I have this store another chance after being disappointed many times in the past. I ordered a cheese lovers pizza with extra cheese. What I got was pizza with very little cheese. Not impressed. And certainly the last time I order from there.

I recently visited this locationand was impressed by how helpful and knowledgeable the staff were in explaining the deals. But I notice how hot it was for the employees working there. Improving their comfort (e.g., better cooling solutions) could further enhance their performance and customer experience. Keep up the great service!

I ordered and paid online, the driver literally dropped it at the door without knocking. If it werent for my kid bringing recycling out we would have been waiting a lot longer with food getting cold because no one would think food would be dropped off like an Amazon package! Will not order again
