Used to order here regularly but they messed up my order. I ordered delivery. I even paid for extra toppings, yet they did not add it or refund me for that. Now my brother decided to give them another chance, but he would pick up the order to make sure they don't mess up again. They were difficult about our pizza order and would not refund us or change the pizza after telling them we did not want this order.

Ordered Super Supreme and Hawaiian but they gave me two Hawaiian instead of what I ordered. Called them to resolve the issue but was met with unprofessional employees and wouldn’t give me a refund. I won’t be coming back.

I go to different Pizza Hut locations and this is the best location for service. Tonight I made a mistake on my order and the staff at the counter felt bad for me but as it was my fault, there wasn't much to do. The manager came by and asked what happened and together they made the situation better than right. Very nice staff.
