I picked up a pizza and Found hair on my pizza when i came home and opening it, ordered a large 3 topping, found hair on it and base sauce was butter chicken, barely any sauce, pizza was dry tasteless as there is barely any sauce on base, never ordering from this loc again.

My stars are strictly for my delivery experience. I just ordered delivery from this specific location, and the man who delivered (listed as “KK” on the website) gave me a horrible experience.
The first thing he said when he arrived was that I “didn’t tip him.” He had the audacity to complain about how “far” the drive was, even though this location is less than 10 minutes away. He repeated this multiple times. Completely unprofessional. And this isn’t even the first time drivers from here have demanded tips.
I also requested a receipt in the special instructions, and when I asked for it, he tells me he “doesn’t have one.” I’ve ordered from Pizza Pizza countless times and always received a customer copy when I asked. The fact that he didn’t have my receipt — even when I specifically requested it — is insane. And the way he acted made it seem like it wasn’t his problem and that I just had to deal with it. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.
On top of that, we ordered dipping sauces and he almost drove off with them.
I wish I could call this restaurant and speak directly to the owner because this behaviour is completely unacceptable. I am not going to waste my time and drive there to speak with them. I won’t be ordering from this location again, and I hope the owner reading this addresses this specific employee.

We came late night to have pizza and the staff called Ahnaf was super interactive and friendly. The store is clean. It was not that busy at the time we went there. Highly recommended.
