The staff don’t even respect or know how to talk with customers,I ordered a veg pizza with drizlling and they just pumped a 2 drizzle on the pizza and i am asking why it so and they are be like it is what it is. And they refused to give a refund. And telling me you cant take a picture and i was taking pictur for bad service review on google. Try other place instead. This place has my 2nd bad experience .

Chicken wings are perfect, pizzas are VERY thin it's only a decorated pizza shape, paying extra $1 for just using a debit or credit card machine so be aware of it if you ask for delivery especially if you're planning to give a tip$.

I visited 11 :10 pm for taking an order and one girl , talk with me in very disrespectful way and also wear an airpods while using the work , her whole focus on her airpod ,I dont know she may be on call or may be listening the music, but her behaviour was very very

I was there like couple of minutes ago and I asked for sprinkling any herbs that they have on top of my half moon cheese bread and he rudely said that we can’t, may be other does it for u but not we. I mean all the pizza pizza store add it for me. The guy is probably Arabic. Educate them the customer service. Disgusting. Never be there again.

Worst pizza i ate i want to give zero star the reason is they don’t have enough topping to put on the pizza and my pizza was almost raw from the layers .All in all the whole pizza was raw spent 25$worthless ? worst pizza pizza in ottawa
Amazing pizza, the best thin crust I have ever had it was perfectly cooked, i have always had people either overcook it or undercook it but it was amazingly done. The old guy at closing was so kind. Wish i would have tried before leaving the store or they were open after i tried to give a generous tip.

Decent food but garbage service. The whole vibe of the place just feels like they don’t want you there. The guy in his mid 40s maybe Arabic, gave me a death stare when I asked him to add chilli flakes while he was cutting my pizza and went to kick my pizza box with his hand. Never going there again and would not recommend

I haven't had pizza pizza in many many years. I decided to try it after some time. I got the crave combo. Which is supposed to include a promo code for the crave subscription for 2 months. So when i got my order at home. It wasn't there so I called head office. They told me to go to the store i got it from. They told me to call the head office. I've never experienced so much negligence from a pizza store in my life both from the head office customer care and the pizza store itself. Make sure you do not buy the crave combo lol

I have ordered several pizzas for pick up here. I hate going into the restaurant, they never greet you, they are off in the corner speaking some other language. They will eventually walk to the front to see what you want, they never smile, it’s like you’re bugging them. I’ve been there several times, and I don’t think they have ever said a word to me, not hi, not thank you nothing. I’m trying to find a different location to pick up at, I dread going in to this location. The food is always good, but the attitude and atmosphere is never good.
