We ordered Coffee Toffee, but we got a classic boba tea (Pearl Milk Tea). When my wife asked the cashier to correct the order, he was too lazy to change it and figured lying was easier. He told her that Coffee Toffee in their store doesn’t actually have a toffee flavor and is just coffee with tea. I just checked Presotea, and the guy was totally lying! 😂😂😂😂
Unfortunately, there was no manager to complain to… You owe us two Coffee Toffees, Presotea!

I ordered the Coffee Toffee from their coffee series menu, expecting a rich coffee-based drink. However, it tasted like milk tea—which I dislike. Thinking there was a mistake, I asked the barista, only to find out that it’s actually a mix of coffee and tea.
For a place that names its drinks without listing the ingredients, this was misleading. Unlike the Thai Tea Coffee, which clearly indicates the presence of tea, Coffee Toffee gives no hint of it. A more descriptive name or ingredient list would have prevented the confusion.

Really bad management, I always order drinks from but last time I got drinks they were horrible and tasted like water and when I called I talked to an employee he asked me to send him pictures of the drinks and that they would give us new drinks instead of the one I threw out and he wouldn’t answer any of my messages then he told me that the manager said no they wouldn’t do that and when I asked to speak to the manager he completely ignored my message. Horrible service never going there again

Hi, I am the guy with the basketball hat!!! This place has been our go to bubble tea shop. My two daughters and I usually go there weekly to buy bubble tea and spend father-daughter time there. They have a wide variety of bubble teas. My favorite is the Mango/Aloe/coconut milk with tapioca.

I got the new mochi bubble tea. They skimped on the toppings. I was shocked at how much less I got compared to other Presoteas. Not worth it.

Awesome bubble tea shop conveniently located in Barrhaven Centre. I like to come here with friends during occasions. Easy to find, and the tables are clean. If you decide to use the bathroom, the tap in the men's bathroom doesn't work.
The bubble tea is actually pretty good and flavorful. I like the brown sugar ones, but there is a wide variety to choose from. If you have any questions, you can always ask the staff. They are super kind and friendly.
The only downside (for me at least) is that it is pretty pricey. Regular brown sugar bubble teas are around $10 (plus tax).
