The lady thas was taking order was so grumpy and she knows that I am waiting still pretending busy where in fact there were two guys thas was preparing the drink, i went at around 3 :15 p.m. I left the store and did not order . The first incident with same lady , i thought she was done taking .order with the person in front of me, I came closer to the cash register and she start raising her voice telling me to wait, i was just going to order, if she's not.ready tell me nicely. SAME THING.WE LEFT WITHOUT ORDERING!.We are customer since this store came here in Barhaven. Please.be nice dont pick customer that you only like to serve and Smile to!!

We ordered Coffee Toffee, but we got a classic boba tea (Pearl Milk Tea). When my wife asked the cashier to correct the order, he was too lazy to change it and figured lying was easier. He told her that Coffee Toffee in their store doesn’t actually have a toffee flavor and is just coffee with tea. I just checked Presotea, and the guy was totally lying! 😂😂😂😂
Unfortunately, there was no manager to complain to… You owe us two Coffee Toffees, Presotea!

I ordered the Coffee Toffee from their coffee series menu, expecting a rich coffee-based drink. However, it tasted like milk tea—which I dislike. Thinking there was a mistake, I asked the barista, only to find out that it’s actually a mix of coffee and tea.
For a place that names its drinks without listing the ingredients, this was misleading. Unlike the Thai Tea Coffee, which clearly indicates the presence of tea, Coffee Toffee gives no hint of it. A more descriptive name or ingredient list would have prevented the confusion.
Really bad management, I always order drinks from but last time I got drinks they were horrible and tasted like water and when I called I talked to an employee he asked me to send him pictures of the drinks and that they would give us new drinks instead of the one I threw out and he wouldn’t answer any of my messages then he told me that the manager said no they wouldn’t do that and when I asked to speak to the manager he completely ignored my message. Horrible service never going there again

Hi, I am the guy with the basketball hat!!! This place has been our go to bubble tea shop. My two daughters and I usually go there weekly to buy bubble tea and spend father-daughter time there. They have a wide variety of bubble teas. My favorite is the Mango/Aloe/coconut milk with tapioca.
