I came in to grab a quick bubble tea tonight. I wanted to make a small substitution to my drink order and the staff were very accommodating. In an attempt to offset the substitution, they doubled one of the other ingredients at no charge, however the flavor was unfortunately quite overpowering. When I addressed the issue, they immediately corrected the error and re-made my order. Ming was very courteous and pleasant. He took care of the issue and the drink was perfect the second time around. Great service. Kind and courteous staff.

Great service. The place is always buzzing with people. Nice atmosphere and a clean store. There are cheaper options but the quality and portion size of their products is excellent.

I was shocked to find plastic pieces in my mango slush after realizing something sharp went down my throat. It turned out the straw had shattered inside my drink. This is extremely dangerous and completely unacceptable. I now have plastic in my body because of a cheap straw! What’s worse, after checking your reviews, I saw that another customer reported the same exact issue over a month ago, yet nothing has been done to fix it. This is a serious health hazard, and it shows a lack of responsibility toward your customers. I will absolutely be warning my friends and family to stay away from this place.

Menu is great but must say the service has declined. On multiple occasions it takes 15 min or longer to fill the order, no notification, while my tea was sitting on the counter.App problems??

Loved the creme series milk tea. Glad they have the Creme series at this location. If they have this at Bayshore would be alot better.

We found a piece of plastic along with mango jelly . Further noticed it’s a piece from the plastic straw . Photos as attached . Plastic straws breaking easily indicates they are low-quality . .
The drinks are great and I love how they have fresh fruit you can buy too! But, sometimes the staff don’t call your order loud enough and you don’t get your drink right in time. Also, they sometimes look annoyed? But that’s understandable for a long day I guess.

The lady thas was taking order was so grumpy and she knows that I am waiting still pretending busy where in fact there were two guys thas was preparing the drink, i went at around 3 :15 p.m. I left the store and did not order . The first incident with same lady , i thought she was done taking .order with the person in front of me, I came closer to the cash register and she start raising her voice telling me to wait, i was just going to order, if she's not.ready tell me nicely. SAME THING.WE LEFT WITHOUT ORDERING!.We are customer since this store came here in Barhaven. Please.be nice dont pick customer that you only like to serve and Smile to!!
