I came in to grab a quick bubble tea tonight. I wanted to make a small substitution to my drink order and the staff were very accommodating. In an attempt to offset the substitution, they doubled one of the other ingredients at no charge, however the flavor was unfortunately quite overpowering. Great service. The place is always buzzing with people. Nice atmosphere and a clean store. There are cheaper options but the quality and portion size of their products is excellent.

Menu is great but must say the service has declined. On multiple occasions it takes 15 min or longer to fill the order, no notification, while my tea was sitting on the counter.App problems??
