Real Fruit Bubble Tea

Horrible customer service, yelled at by one of the gremlins behind the counter. Order was made incorrectly and when we asked to give it back they told us rather loudly to throw it out ourselves.

Disgusting costumer service.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at this location. On Monday, December 15, 2025, the individual preparing my drink was not attentive and added mango chunks to my order. I am allergic to mangoes. When I returned to address the issue and asked whether the drink could be corrected, I was shocked by the response. The employee pulled my order receipt, insisted that I had ordered mango chunks, and then turned his back on me without attempting to resolve the situation.

The attitude and behavior were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. If this is the standard of customer service at this establishment, I will not be returning.

The girl who served me my drink was extremely rude and very aggressively passed me my drink because they forgot to put tapioca very disappointing

Went there on 8/12/2025 morning around 9.40am. The morning staff was very rude..there was no boba in the store and I said it’s fine with me.. I asked for few options and she was replying very rude in a way she din wanted to take my order. I have been to other branches, the staffs had given pretty good suggestions and never had been rude. Worst experience

The employee there was very rude. I told him I wanted to order from the cashier, and he said I had to order from self-service. I told him I couldn’t find what I wanted and asked for help, but he just repeated ‘order from self-service.’ So of course I left ,very unprofessional and rude

1 star goes to the people who work there, they are grumpy, unfriendly, rude and they unrated morning in the points system.

Took way too long, I ordered and the guy that was working took the order after mine. They had 4 drinks I only had 2. This is one of my favorite places and it really makes me upset that I was ignored.

I would give less then one star if I could. The interaction today with this location is the type of annoyance that leaves a chip on your shoulder all day because of how unnecessary it was.

Came in to order bubble tea and my partner asked if he could substitute sugar for honey in his drink. The barista rudely said no and my partner was surprised because he had worked at this location and was never told he could not do that for customers. The barista then rudely asked when he had worked there and insinuated he lied since he didn’t recognize him. When my partner started listing employees that he worked with the barista rudely said he’d been there for 3 years and had never seen him and thus once more insinuated he lied. I stepped in and said there was no need to be rude as we had kindly asked for a small modification and the barista said “I’m not being rude” in a rude tone.

I know minimum wage, minimum effort but for 7$ a drink I think the bare minimum would be to have some decency for the customers, or at least a kinder tone and less of an ego over a drink recipe.

I wanted to order some caramel Macchiato but I wasn’t sure how it tasted! So i asked one of the worker if the drink will be too sweet and bitter! And she replied with “It’s COFFEE” I said i won’t like if it will too bitter and she said “Then don’t order it” !! She was really rude! I work at retail and i know what customer service is! I know sometimes we all have bad day may be she was having one that day! I dont blame her!
