One of our drinks didn't have any jelly despite the order including it (see the attached photo). Because the drink wasn't very transparent, I unfortunately couldn't be sure until nearly the very end. I understand that they may have run out of jelly. However, unless they simply forgot to add it, the respectful approach would be to inform the customer clearly. If there is absolutely no jelly left in stock, they should make up for it by offering a larger size or another form of compensation, as adding jelly costs extra. Aside from this, I find their drinks overpriced but delicious.

Worst service!! Clearly employee doesn’t want to work, very rude. I have been there on 28-Jan-2025, around 12:30-1:00 pm.

Would give 0 if I could. Google indicates 10 p.m. as the closing time, but we know that this is sometimes incorrect. We were in front of the counter at 8:55 p.m. looking at the menu and choosing our drinks while waiting for the customer in front of us to finish. At 9 p.m., when the customer leaves and we come forward to order, they stupidly tell us "we're closed". There were 3 employees, they had seen us in front of the counter for 5 minutes and kept us waiting all this time to tell us that they are closed. Not surprised by all the negative comments about them.

One of the worker is very very rude she’s serving right now. Never order again from here.

Garbage service. All the employees who work here do not care about their job. Owner should take some steps towards it.

The employee was being very rude. I had apparently started using the self-order machine that wasn't working. I had already inputed my phone # for rewards at that point and was trying to tell her I don't want my number displayed on the screen when she said the machine I was on doesn't work. She wouldn't let me finish and kept telling me that no, trust me it doesn't work. I have no problem using a different machine but I didn't want my number displayed and needed help with that but she wasn't interested in what I had to say. I understand how difficult it would be to stand around for hours making drinks nonstop, and that retail workers are people who also need a break sometimes. But being pretentiously rude shouldn't be an excuse for that. Please be kind to your customers.

I’ve ordered here many times over many years while shopping at Bayshore and it’s a consistent experience. Ordering at the kiosk allows the line to flow more quickly, I only ever have to wait about 5 mins to get my drink. I’ve spoken to an employee maybe once but I think they have a good method, and my drink is always exactly what I’m expecting. Only downside is waiting in the hallway can be a bit awkward and congested, and the price is a little high — but what isn’t these days lol

I got some drinks today for my son and myself, and accidentally chose the wrong option on the kiosk. We have a ton of food sensitivities so we usually only get fruit slushes. When we got our drinks, I realized my error right away (had not drank of it) and asked them to make us slushes instead, explaining about our food sensitivities and my user error. They refused to do it because "it was not their mistake"... These drinks cost a stupid amount of money for crushed up fruit and some powders - errors happen; why choose to lose customers instead of just being understanding and showing some grace and kindness?? Unacceptable. I'll never go back. Even Starbucks will remake drinks, even for wild reasons like someone doesn't think it tasted right. Why? Because they understand the value of a happy customer vs the marginal loss of ingredients towards a new drink.

The owner(s) must really not care about their business. 75% of the time my uber or skip order goes unanswered. It has been like this for as long as I can remember. How are your employees just ignoring online orders? If you're too busy, take your store offline, or sell your business to someone who actually cares. Places like this will eventually be a distant memory with this kind of service. If my gf didn't like your smoothies I would never spend another penny here. I'm sure we'll find another spot! ??

What's happening with this location? The macdonalization of service has ruined product quality and the quality of service.

The Bad: Let's see,
1. Zero hospitality with the automatization of customer service.
2. Go ahead and work for free, by punching in your order in one of three self check out stations.
3. Do know that whatever order uniqueness punched into the system is ignored or made in such a deplorable way.
4. The order number system is a guessing game and by that it doesn't follow any logic or numerical ordering consistency.
5. The drinks given to customers are water down. Thus, missing the thicc* factor and uniformity from other locations.

Final Note: Pardon my naiveness for thinking that my customer experience was idiosyncratic but, the issue at hand seems like a repetitive and ongoing one as per other similar reviews that document identical embodied experiences. It seems like, "history is repeating itself one customer at a time."

Tentative Solutions:
Cut back on the ordering power of customers. Yes! I get it, more money is coming in with an inundation of customized orders, but at what expense? Customer dissatisfaction and disloyalty.

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

The service from the employees was terrible. I ordered a strawberry slush and a mango slush, but the quality was awful, a 0/10. They claim to use real fruit, but it's just water with no actual fruit. The employees ignored us, and despite my request for no sugar, they gave the same mango slush to everyone, including me.

I ordered a Mango Diamond Slush with less sugar and regular ice. Despite my clear specifications, they made a big batch of slush and served the same to everyone, including me. When I pointed out that my order was incorrect, they initially denied it and claimed it was made with less sugar, even though I had just seen them prepare the drink. The second attempt was even worse, consisting mostly of water and ice with hardly any mango pieces. I’ve enjoyed slush from other locations, but the quality at this location is poor. I will not be ordering from here again.

Drinks are very delicious but, also quite expensive. Great place to get a treat and you do not have to talk to any for your order, as the way to order is through a self-serve kiosk. I enjoy the option of a kiosk as it makes it easier to view the full menu without worries of holding up a line.My drink was made very quickly despite there only being two people working at the time and a lot of people ordering. Very efficient workers

Vegetarian options: Everything I saw on the menu was vegetarian friendly, but I do think there are dairy products, so it is not vegan friendly.

Dietary restrictions: The drinks are very customizable to your liking or to suit your restrictions

Very Bad experience. I asked for mango slush with less ice and more sugar but they made 2 orders together and give me less sugar and more iced one, same as some ones order. when asked they said no .
