Christian was a good host! Very attentive and friendly. The food was okay but the place was freezing.
For management: I believe suggesting tips at 18% is distasteful, especially when tip suggestions are based on post-tax amounts. It should remain at 15% like most establishments.

I had dinner at Red Lobster Ottawa with my boyfriend and honestly we had an amazing experience. Our server Amal made our night very enjoyable. She was very hospitable and friendly! We couldn’t have asked for better service. We were in seafood heaven and it was bf first time trying lobster and crab legs. Fun was had! Thank you Amal for making our experience fun and memorable.

Terrible service. Made reservations for my anniversary dinner. When we arrived the restaurant was half empty and they still made us wait past our reservations. After waiting 20 minutes past our reservations, we decided to leave and go elsewhere as we had a show to go to. The hostess acted as though she did not care when we decided to leave and cancel.
