The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of five is poor management of staff - the wait times for getting seated and served were long.

That said, our servers were friendly and apologetic, and the food was fresh and delicious.

I had a large family gathering of 8 people and ordered a gigantic meal of $200 and they delivered our food 1 hour late, cold, soggy, and it was the wrong order. After trying to get them to deliver the correct food that took another hour. Do not go here

Cannot trust reservations.
We made a reservation through the Red lobster for a table for 7 app 2 weeks ahead of family coming up to visit. We received the email confirmation. Arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes early and they had given our table away.

Trying to find another place on a Saturday evening for 7 people took a lot of searching and was not a great restaurant.

IF YOU ARE RESERVING A TABLE: YOU MUST RESERVE ON BOTH GOOGLE AND RED LOBSTER'S WEBSITE.

My family had reserved a table for 7 a week in advanced for 6:30 on a Saturday on only the red lobster website. We had an email confirmation. We arrived at 6:20 and was told our reservation was taken by the Google reservation instead as they double book and the Google reservation doesn't leave the restaurant with a confirmation email. My family has people with mobility disability and had driven from Stratford Ontario to visit us. When we told the waitstaff they said they didn't have another table and we would have to be split into two booths. Which would not work with the mobility disability that we were trying to accomodate. The restaurant was not busy at the time and we could see two empty tables that could have been put together for our group but they did not try to right the situation for our group. Ultimately we had to make last minute plans elsewhere. Truly disappointing as we had the confirmation email and arrived early. Do not go to this red lobster.

Had a reservation tonight for 6:30 which was booked thru the restaurant... when we arrived the waitress told us we had to sit in 2 booths because someone else had reserved on google and caused them to be double booked... manager refused to help and just told is to sit in 2 booths... absolutely unacceptable and we left. For a place having issues with bankruptcy you would think they would care more...
