Items include breads and bagels, sweets like cakes, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and savory dishes like lasagne, pastas and pad thai. The prices are below market - got a delicious full carrot cake for $15 once that rivaled, if not was better than a $60 city bakery cake.

Great food, courtesy of the culinary students at Algonquin. The bread and pastries are quite cheap, especially if you come near close at the end of the week. They also sell food that's prepared fresh and cold, such as smoked salmon and rice. Very nice place with excellent prices to undercut the competition.

As for the taste and appearance, well, your mileage may vary, lol, but overall things are good. The hours are limited and not all that convenient unless you live or work in the area. Parking is also a drag because it's paid parking at the college. The low prices of the goods make up for the cost of parking, and you support the college with your purchases. Sometimes they are closed exams so check their website before visiting!

I was hoping to buy food for family dinner but they only sell individual portions. The portions are very small. The cakes look good but are quite bland. The soup (squash) was bland as well. The breads were good.
