First time visited the seafood grill after the renovation. The seafood is fresh and portions are generous. However, i like the old styles better. I really miss the old/ origin recipe. Specially the lobster 🦞 bisque used to taste richer and use less tomato paste.

Went in during peak dinner time. Took about 10 minutes to us to be seated We ordered calamari and blackened salmon with pasta. The calamari was very fresh. The batter is homemade. It's fried to perfect crispyness. The salmon tasted excellent as well. Portion was enough to share between 2 of us. Luckily the server didn't hear my initial order or else we would end up with a lot of leftover Would definitely come back here again as they serve sushi and other delicious dishes as well

Great little spot for seafood in town. The fried smelts were seasoned well and came with a nice seafood sauce for dipping. Also had the mussels and frites. The frites were crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside. Very good!

We really liked the fish and chips but it was quite pricy. The paella was okay, but the rice was not really flavors and it felt more like risotto than paella.

stopped by this place for dinner after passing it so many times, and I’m glad I finally went in. The food was great — some of the best, freshest seafood I’ve had in Ottawa. I tried the fish and chips, the salmon cakes, and the soup, and everything was delicious. Quality was excellent, prices were fair, which is hard to find these days. Highly recommend.

Great place for fish. They have smelts and they're yummy. Ther arctic char and the lobster bisque are delicious.
We had fish & chips here recently and the quality really seems to have gone downhill. The two pieces of fish that came with the meal were identical in size and shape and were a bit soggy. This suggests to me that this was something the restaurant bought premade and frozen. I had eaten fish & chips here several times pre-pandemic and the food used to be delicious. Very disappointing.

This is by far the best seafood spot in Ottawa! The vibe was so warm and the service was friendly and quick :) We ordered 12 oysters to start, the merivale roll, the caesar salad and the grouper special was awesome. 10/10 highly recommend
