Shitty restaurant shitty staff that rolls their eyes just because i was debating between two type's of chickens in less than a minute I didn't even take my time and that lady just rolled her eyes on me . THE WORST STAFF EVER IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE A MASK ON AND THAT I DIDNT SEE. YOUR ATTITUDE IS VISIBLE BEHIND ALL TYPE OF MASKS. EXTREMELY RUDE DONT GO THERE! save your money and buy from the place beside newyork fries cheaper better quality chicken and friendlier staff. Usually don’t eat at mall lunches but since family and I were shopping here, I went here for lunch as this was the shortest line up and I can see why. Noodles lacked flavour and chicken was felt heavy on the stomach. Quality isn’t there for food, service was decent as they were pretty fast on getting orders out. For the price I paid, would not recommend.

I am a regular customer, and last night I ordered Combo 3. The portion size was much smaller than usual. In addition, the lady who was working there was very rude. Finally, when I asked for chopsticks, she took the fork away from me.
I am truly disappointed with the poor customer service and will not be placing any more orders.

I rarely post negative reviews but this place is awful. The food is beyond sweet and salty - sweeter than dessert and saltier than I don’t know, salt?! I don’t understand how chicken or pork can basically taste like salty, greasy jam? Could not finish and threw out everything other than the noodles. Service was also sadly terrible while we were ordering. Will never eat here or any other of their locations .

i paid 18.50 for combo 2 and i got chow mein noodle, sweet and sour chicken and shrimp. the chicken was mostly batter and she only threw in 4 shimps like seriously 4 shrimp i could believe it

Extremely disappointing service.
The woman working here had an awful attitude from the start—no smile, no greeting, just stared at me and my mom like we were a nuisance. We were simply trying to decide what to order (there was no one in line behind us), and she was already giving us dirty looks as if we were wasting her time.
Then she did something extremely unhygienic—she took one of the serving trays and hugged it around her waist, pressing the inside of the tray against her shirt/stomach. When I politely asked for a different tray for obvious sanitary reasons, she rolled her eyes and just tossed the dirty tray back on the stack instead of removing it. Disgusting.
After we paid cash, she handled the money and then touched the utensils directly on the mouth part with her bare hands. I asked for a new one—she did it again. Clearly no care for hygiene at all. When I asked for extra condiments, I was given just one, and when I asked for more, she made it feel like I was asking for gold.
The service was so rude and unprofessional that it made the whole experience uncomfortable. Honestly, it’s no surprise this place isn’t busy while the rest of the food court is packed. Definitely won’t be going back.
