Food is decent, love their dumplings and shanghai fish and general tso chicken. However, the service is so poor if I could give a -10, I would. I have talked to multiple people who have stopped giving this Shangai 360 Bayshore location business due to their horrendous customer service and blatant racism and disrespect. A shame all around.

Extremely rude staff. Approached a staff member and before I could even say a word he said no we’re not open in a dismissive way. And then says they don’t open till 11:30 although google says 11 on a Sunday. Needless to say they don’t want my business which is fine with me.

Ordered wonton noodle soup, didn’t listen carefully then gave me veggie soup. When I came back they just did nothing and walked away doing their thing. Never come back.
One of the staff was very rude. Had an annoying look on her face and ask what do you want. That's no way to talk to the customers. Never going back there. I ended up no ordering.

We ordered a combo of noodles, chili chicken and kung pao prawn and we loved it! The food was flavorful, tasty, aromatic and authentic. The portion size was decent and we received generous portions of prawn and chicken. We will definitely visit again soon.

Walked up to ask what how their menu worked and said “hi I’ve never been here before” and before I could continue talking/ asking my question the staff told me to look at the menu before I order and turned away to continue eating while cooking the food for other orders. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had lol. I did not order from there, so the food might be okay.
