One of the staff was very rude. Had an annoying look on her face and ask what do you want. That's no way to talk to the customers. Never going back there. I ended up no ordering.

We ordered a combo of noodles, chili chicken and kung pao prawn and we loved it! The food was flavorful, tasty, aromatic and authentic. The portion size was decent and we received generous portions of prawn and chicken. We will definitely visit again soon.

Walked up to ask what how their menu worked and said “hi I’ve never been here before” and before I could continue talking/ asking my question the staff told me to look at the menu before I order and turned away to continue eating while cooking the food for other orders. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had lol. I did not order from there, so the food might be okay.

It's in a food court, but based on that and my food, I find no fault here. Except, don't ask for a fortune cookie... they don't have them! Service was fine. Area was tidy/clean. It was a busy shopping day, getting late and wanted to grab dinner to go. Lots of choice here. I went with a 1 item bowl...vermicelli as the base and the bbq chicken. Really meaty and I for sure got my protein in. The portion was good, it fed me x 2. The noodles were perfect and contained pieces of delicate veg. It wasn't greasy at all, almost had a healthy vibe to it. Ok, well, I'll tell myself that so that I can go back soon! I think it was $16 and change. Standard. I was so hungry that I gobbled it b4 capturing a photo. I recommend this place for a quick meal solution on the fly.

This is one of the worst restaurants I have eaten at by far. Not only was the food extremely dry and overcooked the customer service was even worse. I threw my whole meat out at home when I got it ans the person told me maybe we can give you a discount next time you come. Next time I come ? I don't ever want to come back to this place, give me a refund and let me move on with my life. Then you have no managers on duty to make a decision like that ? What is this world coming to ? You can serve garbage food and expect people to be okay with it, don't ever eat here people.

Came here for lunch. I was specific when I selected a combo. I didn't want a beverage when asked. The lady that took over cashier insisted I get a drink as it came with it, so I agreed. Sat down to eat, noodles were dry and tasteless, broccoli was still fairly raw and the shrimp batter was oily. Dawned on me I was over charged for tasteless, mediocre food. I returned to address my issue, the manager tried to undermine me, which fueled me further. At this point it was basically how they deal with customers and the principle. Lack of focus at front, server to cashier. Last time I waste my money at this establishment. Annoyed New Customer.

Everything was so hard you couldn't even chew it. Brought back a full tray for a refund and they argued. They wanted to replace it with more of the same food. Had to make a scene like a total Karen to get my $15 back so I could eat somewhere else.

We used to love this place but it's gone down hill. Will not be back. Service has gone down also I find them quite rude.
