Overpriced, the value does not justify the cost. Got very little meat and it was burnt. Not flavourful either and it’s tough.

Before I would give 4 or 5 stars (they were more generous with the meat and everything!) today and last time ( 3 weeks ago) the new guy gives so little meat, vegetables, potatoes, gives mostly rice!and even lesser today than the last time, they even put the garlic sauce and hummus plastic tubs in the platter to makes it fuller, the Today's order and the last time ( unlike before they put separately in a paper bag) we always buys family platter and today, supposedly XL family platter and yet is the least amount of everything, especially the meat ( except the rice!) we'd had for years coming here!! We'll try one more time, and if it doesn't change, then we'll go to different Shawarma places. We've been going to this place, but perhaps it's time for a change. So disappointed and waste of money!

For the inflated price would have expected more actual chicken on chicken platter. Got lots and lots of rice and veggies...not much else. Restaurant is tired and dirty. Meh attitude from staff that can't stay off cell phone. In Ottawa there are so many great shawarma choices. This is no longer it, if it ever was.

Ordered a 'family platter' tonight. What a disappointment.. there is only enough meat for 1 or 2 people and the rest is rice and salad to make it look like a lot of food. Also received no hummus whatsoever! Would have been better off buying 2 single platters elsewhere for less money. Now have to go to McDonalds to buy food for the kids. Way too expensive for what we received, will not be back.
