We ordered through skip the dishes and there were multiple pitas left out of the dish. The restaurant was amazing, they immediately fixed the issue, they were extremely kind, and they were genuinely remorseful. The food was unreal, the shawarma poutine was a highlight and everything was just so delicious. 10/10 recommend!
This place used to be my favourite Shawarma place, the wrap usually has a lot of meat, but for the recently 4 visits, I ordered 4 times of large chicken wraps which has so little meat and veggies, when I eat it, for the first a few bites it’s like pita with sauce,I think it’s because they hired new employees. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.

Delicious hot sauce. Heaping portions. Accommodating for kids. We had a chicken platter, it was delicious! There was a high chair at the table, perfect for our babies who devoured the food too. Owner gave my daughter a tiny gift; she loves it. Thank you for your generosity!

I ordered take out this evening and at home realized we were missing 2 garlic sauces and the salad dressing. When I called the restaurant to complain they didn’t even apologize and told me their was nothing they can do and then hung up the phone on me.
This is truly the worst customer service I have ever had. These small businesses complain they are not doing well but with this kind of customer service they are giving to customers it very well explains the reason they are doing so bad.
Very disappointed. I would not recommend this restaurant .
Usually very good Shawarma. But the garlic sauce was too salty yesterday. The shredded lettuce wasn’t fresh and lately unavailable.

I love shawarma heaven because of one important and decisive reason. Value for money! It doesn't matter what you order, it'll be great! The second reason is consistency as every time I pass by I am certain that the food will be fantastic! It always tastes fresh and delicious. Every flavor blending in with each other.
