The girls were very nice and service was fast. The sandwiches were good, the Turkey especially had a lot of meat. The only disappointment was the 'french onion soup'. Paid $7.50 for onions and broth. No cheese or bread like a traditional one. Never seen a French Onion Soup w no cheese 🤷🏼♀️

Shorty's catered our office lunch today. Their service, sandwiches and wraps are amazing. All 40 staff members were very happy. Thank you Courtney! The ordering process, friendly phone calls and care put in for extra supplies such as plates, condiments etc was wonderful. They followed all our dietary restrictions. We will certainly order from Shorty's again!

The sandwich was great but there was a dark inch or two long hair in the soup, which was also not quite as good as the sandwich besides that fact.. only had a few spoonfuls before I noticed the hair. Still, I'm not as bothered by that as some people would be so still a 5 star for the sandwich

We are new to Ottawa and tried the place . The sandwiches were good and the service was quick . I’d like to go back for the chicken parm. The only thing that really threw me off was the horrendous condition of the washroom . It is filthy . For me this matters bc I think it calls into question how clean is the kitchen ? If someone spend 30 min of hard labor they could clean the bathroom which looks like it may have never been cleaned . I wish I’d taken a photo . Great little business but please clean the bathroom !

Great vibes. It felt like walking into a 90's movie in the best way possible. My friend and I got some sandwiches for lunch after googling some good nearby restaurants, and found this hidden gem. Food is amazing, service is great, give them a visit!
