Shu Yi Bubble Tea is hands down the best place for bubble tea in Ottawa! The drinks are consistently delicious, and the service is always top-notch. Our server was so sweet and friendly, she made every visit feel special. We loved it so much that we kept coming back again and again. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving bubble tea!
I ordered the watermelon crush tea and it was the perfect drink for a hot day. Super refreshing, naturally sweet, and not too heavy. Service was fast, and the staff were friendly.

Absolutely love this place! They have a super fun “10-second challenge” — if you stop the timer at exactly 10.00 seconds, you win a free bubble tea. Both of us actually hit 10.00 once each and got two free drinks — what a generous and exciting little bonus!
We come here all the time, whether we win or not. The atmosphere is cozy with lots of seating, perfect for hanging out and chatting with friends. And now they even have dumplings on the menu — a great addition! Highly recommend if you’re looking for good drinks and a fun place to relax.😘

My favorite BBT place in Ottawa! Staff is always friendly and fast with your order. The place is always clean and there are games while you wait or while you finish your drinks. You can play Jenga, cards, air hockey, etc. They added some claw games too I also won a free BBT haha
