I was very disappointed with my visit.
The coffee was clearly low quality — it tasted like the cheapest Robusta beans, with no depth or freshness. For a café that presents itself as refined and “fancy,” this was a major letdown.
The meringue cake was also poorly served. It was at room temperature, even though this type of dessert should be chilled to bring out both texture and flavor. On top of that, it had a stale smell, as if it had been made some time ago rather than fresh.
Overall, the place looks stylish, but the actual quality does not match the image at all. Presentation without substance. I would not recommend this café for anyone who cares about good coffee or properly prepared desserts.

Always a great experience coming to simply biscotti. The food is excellent, the cafe is so cozy and nicely set up, and the service is excellent. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and the owner is always there greeting you, asking how you are, making you feel invited. Just a wonderful place.

Unexpectedly nice place. Simple but was super busy on Sunday but still enough place and we found a cozy spot near the window. Good service. Great diversity of pastry and sandwiches as well as croissants of different types. My drip coffee was good as well. Not too hot and not bitter.

Excellent food and staff. I had a ham and cheese scone and the scone was amazing. Great hot chocolate (the barista seemed disappointed that I didn't want whipped cream, but in a playful and friendly way). I'll definitely go back.
