“I had a great experience here. The service is friendly and quick. The food is excellent. I got the shrimp #2 beef pho and the broth was so strong and delicious, exactly what I needed on a cold night. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.“

“Well priced and great tasting noodles, but a bit crowded.The noodles are excellent when it's hot, and they are by far tastier when you eat at the restaurant (I've ordered here with an app before) but the place is a quite cramped with 4 2-seat tables and 1 4-seat tables.And occasionally the wait time is a bit long as they seam to prioritize call in and app orders over once in restaurant. But for all the things I dislike, eating the fresh noodles when they come to your table is fantastic!??“

“We had the half-and-half chicken with Yangnyeom and Soy Garlic and it was absolutely addictive! The flavors were perfectly balanced, making every bite delicious. The corn cheese was heavenly, it’s the kind of dish that can instantly brighten your day. I’m usually not a fan of fries, but theirs were super crunchy and cooked to perfection. Definitely worth trying“

“I had the pleasure of trying the Shuizhu Rou Pian here, and it was incredible! The meat was perfectly tender, and the broth was packed with bold, aromatic flavors that really brought out the spice. The balance between the heat and the savory richness was just right—spicy but not overwhelming. The vegetables were fresh and crisp, adding a nice texture to the dish. If you’re a fan of authentic Sichuan cuisine, this is a must-try! I’ll definitely be back for more.“

“I chose to come here to show my friend one of my favorite spots in the Byward and a per usual we had a fantastic experience. The only improvement I would suggest is adding a stop-gap ramp / temporary ramp to enter the building. Otherwise, the restauraunt is accessible as it all on one floor and use can use a QR code to review the menu.“

“I used to live very close to this place. Was my favourite restaurant. I no longer live as close and don’t go as much but the food is incredible. I love the vermicelli and pho. They offer tea when you sit down. The owner isn’t very sociable and can seem unfriendly at times but he is hard working and makes good food.“

“The food was good, it was my first time trying Malatang and it was delicious but the price is kinda expensive compared to other places in Canada… but that’s Canada… sooooo for Ottawa, we’re blessed to have the Soup Fairy’s Malatang! Load your bowl with your ingredients of choice, choose your broth and enjoy the flavours of your creation.

“Je tiens à recommander chaleureusement le Bistro British ! Lors de ma visite, j'ai eu la chance d'être servie par Maika et Jade, dont le service a été tout simplement exemplaire. Leur attention, leur sourire et leur professionnalisme ont rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable. L'ambiance du bistro est conviviale et chaleureuse, idéale pour passer un bon moment. “The coffee here is consistently good! The lattes tend to have really nice foam texture and are tasty. The food that I've tried (I've had the croissant and macaron) are great. They bake stuff in store and it smells wonderful.
The seating is a little tight. No one's fault it's just a small store. The prices are in line with what other places charge, maybe a little above. Baristas are nice.“
