This store always hits! Staff is friendly, the drinks are spot on, and the vibe is consistently welcoming. The team is always so accommodating and create such a warm safe space every time I visit. Cheers!

Well, it was really embarrassing for me. Today my boyfriend and I went to see what options they had for coffee mugs. I was looking for something similar to one I had before. I didn’t like anything, so we decided to look for some other options and left the store. We put everything back exactly where we had picked it up.
As soon as we got into our car, we saw a girl following us. She stopped us and asked where the cup was, which meant she thought we had stolen it. I was really shocked because it was the first time that someone followed me and accused me of stealing something.
Then I told her, “It’s right there. Come with me, I can show you.” While standing at the front door, I showed her where it was, and she was like, “Oh, sorry, bye.” I mean seriously, without even checking you thought that I stole it?
I work for the Government of Canada — I don’t need to steal anything. That would be the last thing I would ever do in my life.
Even if she was mistaken or something, she should have apologized properly. But she literally behaved like nothing had happened. Never ever visiting this location again.
Avoid this location at all costs if you have certain modifications to your drink. The morning staff until 5pm are on a constant ego trip with no control on their expressions, our their demanor talking to me as if they have a superiority complex. Even after humbly requesting step by step modifications they manage to always make it wrong and make it seem as if it is your first day on earth. Me coming to starbucks instead of timhortons or mcdonalds paying 10+ for a an overpriced drink entails a beverage made to my liking. This review is not supposed to be an entitlement issue but a repeated case of constant disrespect because i have experienced this over 9 TIMES GUYS!!!! I was seriously at my wits end after my run in with the staff and had to let everyone know about my experience.

Starbucks is a reliable spot for good coffee and quick service. The drinks are consistently well-made, and the staff are friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. The drive-thru is very convenient, and the atmosphere is calm for a short break. Prices are a bit high, but the quality makes it worth it. Overall, a great place for your daily coffee

Had to come back because of a watered down drink. Got starred at and mocked, told I need to give my wrong drink back (even though I know that’s against policy and I will be calling corporate about this) and then my drink was made wrong again… Thankfully I had noticed before leaving the parking lot so I was able to get my husband to go back in and get it fixed. The girl working was curious and asked about what was going on so I’m sure she knew what she was doing.

Complete lack of customer service;
I came in to drink a cup of coffee and asked if they could grind a small pack of beans I had with me. Simple request - flat-out refused.
I understand this is a minimum wage job, but refusing such a basic task was my breaking point with Starbucks' overpriced coffee.
There's a Farm Boy right next door with better coffee at better prices. After years of being a customer, I'm done with Starbucks.
This was my last visit.
The WORST Starbucks in the city. You’ll wait 3-5 business days for a black coffee.
