Starbucks is generally great, and they almost always get my drink right, which I appreciate. The service is usually efficient and friendly. However, there have been a few occasions where the food isn’t warmed all the way through, and I’ve bitten into the center to find it still cold. Other than that, my experience has been positive overall, and it’s a convenient go-to spot for coffee and snacks.

Rude transgender person made me wait over 20 minutes at the drive-thru for my change, and then yells at me because I was upset I had to wait that long. Not worth my time, never buying from this store again. Never buying another Starbucks product ever again after that experience. Garbage sugar food. This happened on Saturday August 24 at 5:20

Carlos has to understand that when we order two drinks and he gives a cup holder for 2 drinks they aren’t sturdy He’s been told by other customers as well that they don’t hold the coffee. They fall out Not sure ? if it’s a Starbucks thing or that locations thing but please stop giving two I spilled my expensive coffees again today So when I ask for a holder. And I order two drinks. Just provide a holder. No discussions needed please ?
Parking: It’s a sma area and there a medical clinic next door. You can walk from the farm boy parking lot. There’s plenty there

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Waited 20 minutes for a simple cold brew. One employee was working while the two others were standing there talking to each other, and the drink wasn't even made properly.

Waited over 40 mins for drinks. I feel so bad for the workers who have to deal with the store being so short staffed and the angry customers from the wait. There is unfortunately no way to cancel orders in store if they were placed through the app without calling the customer service.
The location should have stopped taking mobile orders when they knew they were so behind. Management is clearly incompetent.

Went in and ordered bought a coffee and lemonade and had to wait 25 minutes for it. When I asked them, they just said they were very busy, but I only saw one or two people busy, and the other four or five were very idle. I really can't understand this configuration. Maybe some people enjoy the waiting,but I am not,I just went to say if you can’t handle,you don’t take the order or let the customer know the estimate time , I never have this experience order in other everyday
