Standard Starbucks fare, you know what you're getting and it's always consistent - this location gets extra points for the great service and welcoming staff. Not sure of their name, but the barista with the excellent beard made me a great oat vanilla cold brew drink when I reached the cash and had absolutely no idea what I wanted.Also, a good study spot during the day.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 5:30pm today since the bogo ended at 6:00pm. 30 minutes to get through the drive thru seems like enough time right? Apparently not. Not only was the line stopped for 30 minutes once we got up to order they were out of every “base” to make the drinks. Extremely understandable it happens at busy times of the day. When we finally got the window the barista told me she couldn’t give me the offer since the store took 30 minutes in the drive through then proceeded to charge me for the wrong order have to refund me and STILL not give me the bogo deal, which the barista said “ oh no I did it again” I could only imagine how many others were in line for the same deal and had to leave disappointed. When I asked to just get my money get I was given attitude like I did something wrong. I don’t care to pay full price when after now 40 minutes in the drive thru all the points mentioned above and then asking for a tip!! Insanely unprofessional. Yikes Starbucks not a good look…

This location should probably be shut down by corporate and re-opened under new ownership. It’s definitely the most incompetent and inconsistent Starbucks in the city. Expect something to be wrong with your order around 30-50% of the time. Not sure if it’s hiring, training, or something else, but regardless it’s a location to avoid.
