We had the sweetest lady serve us. We asked her to help us with our gender reveal. My husband and I had a bear in a sealed bag with pink or blue on it and asked if she could choose a red or blue snowman cookie, whichever the gender was and she went in the back quickly and did just that. She came out and said that the cookie was on her. It was so kind, thank you!

I came to this location many times. However, the staff managed to have a negative attitude every time. And my coffee was filled just a bit over half of the cup one time. I don’t quite understand what is going with them. I’ll for sure avoid coming here again, just very disappointing.

I ordered a macchiato at Starbucks, but what I got was basically a cup full of milk. It looked and tasted more like a cappuccino or even a latte, not the traditional macchiato. A macchiato should be an espresso with just a small “stain” of milk or foam — not mostly milk. Very disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to the strong espresso flavor. On top of that, the cashier (a female staff member) ignored me for a while before finally asking what I wanted. The whole experience was disappointing, both in terms of customer service and coffee quality. Starbucks really needs to train staff better on both drink preparation and customer service.

Update I spoke to a supervisor over the phone who could have uploaded an e gift card due to an employee stealing my lululemon tumbler .
I went there within 48hrs after it being left there. When I arrived I was informed by two employees that they saw my lululemon tumbler in the back. When the manager on duty went to the back it was stolen. As someone with over 15 years of customer service under my belt and management . I would have given a gift card and compensation due to this matter. I called again regarding the matter on September 11th 2025 and was informed I would be called by the district leader today . No call and no compensation due to theft internally.
I want an e gift card loaded as soon as possible due to the poor customer service. I want this matter handled and concluded with a resolution immediately. To the lovely employees I spoke to, thank you for being honest 🙏 Update- loving the new visual set ⬆️ so clean . 🧼 & crisp. Love chatting with everyone here. They keep people coming back to there location 🥰the New Iced Lavender cream oat Matcha 🍵 is delicious and a must try.
I highly recommend the Iced Strawberry Oat Matcha Tea Latte. Lucy my dog recommends the FREE pup cups. Her fur friends say the same.😂 We 💗 how pups are welcomed on the patio .

Overpriced, and never worth the wait. Drinks are either made wrong or are full of coffee grinds.

yesterday Evi took my order punched it in wrong - this is the third time now that i have had to ask the baristas to remake my drink because Evi messed up my order. this never happens when others are at the cash or at other stores. if she’s working the cash - turn around and save your time/money.
