I recently visited this establishment, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The staff seemed to view my presence as an imposition, displaying a general bad attitude. After perusing other reviews, it’s evident that I’m not alone in noticing these issues.As for the frappuccino I ordered, it fell short of expectations. Given the prices charged, I would rate it at a mere 60% of what it should have been. Strongly recommending that the staff undergo retraining, and perhaps the store could benefit from a refresh.I hope the management takes steps to improve the overall customer experience..

I do not believe that as I go through a drive-thru and I try to use my card to tap out, that I should have to tell the machine that I do not want to tip. So now I have to pay for something, tell them I don't want to give them a tip and hope they don't spit in it. I do not like being begged for a pre service tip at a drive-thru.It's a drive-thru, get over yourselves. You haven't done anything for me yet and you want me to tip you for it.

Yesterday we got the best service from Soso soheila, Sophie and Bobby. I can say this much, we walked in recked from our 8 hour shift. Something about the service literally brought us back to life, we ended up having a good time and the drinks they suggested were just awesome. Soso makes the best dragon fruit lemonades hands down. It makes a difference when you feel welcomed, valued and get personalized customer service. Thanks again folks .. I promised to leave a review and here it is.

Great food, drinks and service. Had a grumpy server today, but I think she was new there. We both said thank you but she didn't smile...didn't reply. Everyone there is usually super nice. One bad apple still gives this place a rating of 5 stars for me. ?
