Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. They can never do anything right. Bought an iced chai latte and it tasted sour so I was forced to toss it. They can’t even make something that simple. This was the last straw.

Worst workers. Watched her dump out my drink twice just to give me the wrong order again. Rude as well.

They can't get you a cup of water unless you buy something. Even you can't buy a cup of water

Fantastic service and very helpful baristas. I was disappointed with other locations, but this one was always great experience.

I rarely write a comment, but today I felt discriminated by a staff member there. After my spouse placed the order, I was waiting for our coffee ( 1 hot one & 1 cold one). When my hot coffee was ready, there was no sleeve on or found nearby, but the barista already moved on making the next cup of coffee. Having noticed that there was another staff (Anosha) at the other side of station facing the window towards the parking, I attempted to approach her for a sleeve for my hot drink. However, she was busy with her work and already moved away when I reached there near the corner of the bar. So, I stood there outside of the bar and waited for a chance to ask for a sleeve while just looking around a little bit to see whether any sleeves were placed nearby for customers to self serve. Shortly, Anosha noticed me and approached me with an upset & wired facial expression, which puzzled me and made me speechless. Once Anosha figured out what I wanted by talking to me with annoyance, Anosha responded to me with upset “You shouldn’t enter here! Next time just ask the staff there to give you one.” I was shocked and wondering what’s going on. What Anosha accused me of was absolutely absurd. I didn’t enter as I just moved horizontally from the spot that people usually pick up their in-person order for coffee to the spot near the corner of the bar, where I noticed customers received a sleeve in the past. This can be confirmed by CCTV if there is any. What’s more, I neither had the intention nor attempted to step in or to touch anything. How come Anosha assumed and accused me for things that didn’t happen?! Out of politeness, I still said “thank you” with calm when I received a sleeve from Anosha. However, after I picked up both cups of coffee, I sat nearby where I could directly observe how Anosha interacted with other people for a while. The more I observed, the more it was certain that I was discriminated. Honestly, I feel really disappointed and upset about the treatment I received from the Starbucks staff (Anosha) at Bayshore. Also, I realised that staff at other Starbucks I have visited would put a sleeve for a hot drink before it’s ready for pickup. Furthermore, why Starbucks have made stuff like straws, napkins, etc accessible for customers but not the sleeves? To avoid similar things happening to other customers, I highly suggest the Starbucks to make at least some sleeves accessible to customers, just in case it’s too busy or demanding for staff to offer a sleeve for a hot drink. Thanks!

I don't want to complain about Starbucks; in fact, I am a regular customer on this branch, but today at 3:10pm on October 4 I ordered two regular iced hazelnut oat shaken espressos, and they were extremely bitter with far less cream than the ones I usually get. The same afternoon I ordered an iced pecan crunch oat latte at the same Starbucks, and it wasn't that terrible as the iced hazelnut oat shaken espresso, but it still lacked cream compared to other times. The name of the barista is Kee who made the coffee for my orders today. Look, I don't want something bad to happen to her career of course, but I want you to make her aware that the coffee today was not up to the standard. It is extremely rare that I will get bad coffee in this branch but today the coffee on both occasions wasn't up to standard. And Starbucks coffee is not so cheap. I am sorry for the ranting, I really did not want to do that but I had to.

I rarely leave bad reviews but we had some of the worst service I’ve ever received. My boyfriend ordered three large drinks and the girl serving us was very dismissive and seemed like she was annoyed. When we got our drinks we received one large and two mediums, and when he went to ask them about the mistake they said that it was what we ordered. When he turned around to leave they started laughing loudly at him. If I’m paying for overpriced coffee the least you can do is behave like an adult, seriously sad.

Waited 15 minutes in line while staff walked around looking confused, then got told I have to pay for ice water. We are in Canada where water is free, apparently no management.

They denied me a small cup of water at 9 months pregnant after being the only person in line for almost 10 minutes.
