I always get my drink here whenever I am in the mall, and it is always great service. Unfortunately, today's service was horrible. I ordered my drink with extra carmel and when I received it I stirred and tested it, and it wasn't sweet enough so I ask this lady for extra carmel in my drink and she kept saying "I already did it just sank to the bottom" with attitude of course, as if I don't know what am asking for. I have to tell her multiple times that I just needed more carmel, and she started adding it aggressively and showing me how it is "sinking to the bottom". I didn't say anything just took my drink and left. Never coming back after that terrible experience.

We were at the Starbucks today evening, the lady who served was rude. I wanted more sugar, and i had to ask her twice for it. She threw the packet to the counter. Super upset about it! The guy who took the order was very kind and helpful though

Super upset with the customer service. My drink was ready all the barista had to do was put the lid and pass it to me but she waited to finish another drink for a customer who was after me. cleaned up the area a bit and then gave me my drink after 4 mins delay when it was already ready. I am upset because I gave a tip on my order and expect good service.
The other thing that happened was the I wanted to place a 2nd order and the girl who started taking ky order turned back to talk to his co workers and made me wait 2 mins in the middle of the already started order. Just these tiny things upset customers. either don't start with the order if you are not ready or don't be insulting when you start the order.
