If i could rate zero in service i would, zero for customer service, i went their, firstly no one was in the front to look for customer and when i called the person, didn’t even responded back, i called him 3 time, than after that he came and told me that they can’t serve right now because we have some delivery, if they are busy with something than they should off the open sign, totally disappointing.

This subway must have THE WORST customer service Iv ever experienced… the staff is VERY rude and have no care in the world for there customers. I was going to pay and the lady working literally threw the sub on the counter at me… this place is a complete disaster.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. On multiple occasions, I’ve ordered meatball marinara, only to be told they’re unavailable, despite the app showing them as available. The first time, I waited for nearly two hours, only to be informed that they couldn’t fulfill my order. The next day, I was told the same thing. Frustrated, I decided to go to the store and found out that the meatballs were indeed available. This has happened more than thrice, and it’s clear that there’s a serious disconnect between the app and the actual stock. This is unacceptable, and I won’t be ordering from here again until this issue is resolved.
