Went here at 12:03 am. As it’s flex board indicates that it’s open 24 hour but the employee said that we need to perform a day end report and it’s going to take more than 30 minutes to take another order. Never heard like that from another subway. Hope they fix this thing soon.

Their 6 inch spicy italian only give customer 3 piece of pepperoni and salami, which should be 5 pieces each(I'm really a fan of this sandwich and had it for years). When I let the sandwich artists know about this, their attitude like I'm talking nonsense and they are taking it very personal. I do not recommend this location because the sandwich artists are not properly trained.

The sub I got was terrible. The bread was so hard I could hardly bite into it. We were traveling out of town so we were on our way before I tried to eat it, otherwise I would have returned.
Store states that it is 24/7, but this is the second time I’ve tried to go to the store after 0200 and unable to purchase any food due to the cash unable to process any orders for more than half an hour. Staff very friendly and respectful, but unfortunately the cash is always out of order overnight.

Hersh is the ultimate customer experience and makes a great sandwich with good attention to detail and can build a sub with 10+ toppings without asking to repeat anything! This employee should be the gold standard for Subway hiring and training.

Ordered sub online and he added aal the veggies instead of selected ones and I called back to inform that I can’t eat pickles and he was soo rude employee name was jagmeet.. never apologized and said that I should figure out how to eat that sub.This is RIDICULOUS..!Whoever the owner is please teach your employees sone customer service.
