Veggies are thawed from frozen! Nothing was fresh as they claim. And of course they denied it as I'm pointing out the chunks of ice. I ordered a BLT snack sandwich but was only allowed 3 toppings. She counted the bacon, lettuce and tomato as 3 toppings lol when I told her to forget it she demanded I pay for the sandwich that was never made. Horrible staff today! I don't know what's going on with food service in this city. It was never like this.

Found a long black hair in my sub. The worker was sweeping the floor with her hair down while my sandwich was being made. Completely unprofessional and unhygienic. Wouldn't recommend going unless you don't have the option to go to a better subway.
