i ordered a rice bowl for here and this is what i got.. and there’s was no rice in the bowl when i called to let them know that there was no rice they swear they put two scoops of rice in there.. idk if they meant two teaspoons of rice but there was none.. the lady on the phone was very rude and said i should go to different location if i wanted more rice..

Placed an online order through the app, arrived at the resto and waited an additional 20min before I had to speak to the worker about starting the order. They kept giving preference to walk ins. Orders should be filled in order of receipt, not preference to one over the other.
Pizza sub had barely any marinara, making it dry and inedible.

I usually don't have issues with this location, but this evening's service was awful. Your employee needs to learn customer service.
*Update*: You have a staff member that simply does not have any common sense, ability to prep food in a timely manner or be courteous to instore customers. You may want to revise your staff training. She needs a few lessons in how not lose you business.

I had a really good experience at this Subway! The staff were friendly and quick, and everything was fresh and neatly prepared. I placed order online and they took the money from my credit card. When I went to the store to take it and the store employee told me they received no online order. I verified the address with them and wait for another 5 minutes and still nothing. I have to wait 3 business days for the credit card transaction to be posted then dispute the charge. How inconvenient! I never place online order to Subway again!

I visited your location for lunch recently and was quite disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The employee preparing our food appeared distracted and disinterested throughout the process, though we initially chose to overlook it.
When it came time to pay, we noticed she was engaged in a personal conversation with two friend on the other side of the counter. She processed my order while continuing that conversation and then proceeded to ignore the next customer my brother as she remained focused on chatting. We stood waiting for approximately three minutes before we had to interrupt her just to complete our transaction.
When we did so, she seemed surprised and speechless, while her friends giggled at the situation. This behavior was unprofessional and disappointing, especially in a customer service setting. It’s unfortunate to see this level of disregard for customers, as it reflects poorly on the establishment.
I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a more respectful and attentive experience for future customers.
Today I visited this store for very first time am glad to say the customer service by raghav was 10/10 tbh he is kind and gentle. Keep it up🤝🏻

I am vegetarian and i always prefere to takeout sub 4days in a week from this store and they guys are making a delicious,satisfying sub and give a perfect taste for everytime which i want. I suggest to everyone and yes it's open to 24hours thank you❤️
