You can ask for extra pickles. The woman who is usually there has good opinions on sauce and flavours. They are fast and consistent with their sandwich portions. I appreciate them being friendly whether I take a combo or not. Asked, but not pressured as one expects with many businesses these days. Really, it is a modern sandwich shop with modern people with good service. Who could ask for more?

Food is as good as Subway can get, the quality has gone downhill a lot. BUT this location has the worst employees. I swear they just hate all their customers. I've been in many times and have had the same few employees, they are incredibly rude and unpleasant to deal with. Act as if paying customers are an inconvenience to them. Seeing the review about this locations staff giving another customer anxiety is bang on.

I never post negative reviews ever. Went last week, I placed an order through the app. I came to pick up and she substituted it with something that wasn’t suitable. She said she “called” but didn’t. This wouldn’t have been a suitable substitution for my partner and even showed his text saying this was what he didn’t want. The girl gave me attitude and said I should have put it in the notes.. that I didn’t want the rotisserie chicken as a substitution. Why would I assume there would be a substitution and that you wouldn’t contact me or wait for me to pick up to make it? The best part was when the girl literally left the front counter and started yelling from the back. Needless to say, the guy that came up to make it made a terrible job and I even called him on it. “You’re making me a cad sub because you’re mad” he smirked and said, “no :).” The owner didn’t even acknowledge the lack of respect with some passive aggressive generic email. Yogeshkumar Patel is as rude as his staff. Go to the location by Costco.. staff are way nicer.

I recently ordered a sandwich tray that included turkey and veggie sandwiches. While I was pleased with the customer service, I was disappointed with the veggie sandwiches. At home, I found them nearly empty, with just a couple of olives, some lettuce, a very thin slice of cucumber, and a slice of tomato—no cheese at all! For $11-12 each, I expected much more. It was embarrassing to serve these to my guests.

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway. The staff was rude when I asked to add rice to my veggie bowl. One employee claimed it would cost extra because she was lazy. It doesn’t make sense that rice is included in the chicken bowl but not in the veggie bowl. When I checked online, I saw that the veggie bowl is supposed to include rice. Their attitude and lack of customer service were frustrating.

I ate here everyday while working on a project in the area. The service was always with a smile. Viraj was wonderful. He memorized my orders so all I had to do was walk in and he would start preparing my order. It was definitely appreciated as I could go to the bathroom and washup and my order was ready when I finished in the bathroom. The perfect subway experience.
