I visited your location for lunch recently and was quite disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The employee preparing our food appeared distracted and disinterested throughout the process, though we initially chose to overlook it.
When it came time to pay, we noticed she was engaged in a personal conversation with two friend on the other side of the counter. She processed my order while continuing that conversation and then proceeded to ignore the next customer my brother as she remained focused on chatting. We stood waiting for approximately three minutes before we had to interrupt her just to complete our transaction.
When we did so, she seemed surprised and speechless, while her friends giggled at the situation. This behavior was unprofessional and disappointing, especially in a customer service setting. It’s unfortunate to see this level of disregard for customers, as it reflects poorly on the establishment.
I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a more respectful and attentive experience for future customers.

I am vegetarian and i always prefere to takeout sub 4days in a week from this store and they guys are making a delicious,satisfying sub and give a perfect taste for everytime which i want. I suggest to everyone and yes it's open to 24hours thank you❤️

You can ask for extra pickles. The woman who is usually there has good opinions on sauce and flavours. They are fast and consistent with their sandwich portions. I appreciate them being friendly whether I take a combo or not. Asked, but not pressured as one expects with many businesses these days. Really, it is a modern sandwich shop with modern people with good service. Who could ask for more?

Food is as good as Subway can get, the quality has gone downhill a lot. BUT this location has the worst employees. I swear they just hate all their customers. I've been in many times and have had the same few employees, they are incredibly rude and unpleasant to deal with. Act as if paying customers are an inconvenience to them. Seeing the review about this locations staff giving another customer anxiety is bang on.

Food quality is fresh and very good and staff service is very helpful and friendly.

Employees here ration the toppings like it comes out of their paychecks, don’t speak proper English & are rude and disrespectful.
